SOLIDÃO / LONELINESS

No outro dia li um texto do meu amigo Lance sobre estar só ( no seu titulo original “ ALONE” ) e este tocou-me tão profundamente, que por sua vez me inspirou a escrever sobre o tema da solidão.
Ambos somos motivados pela Alma a escrever sobre temas que nos tocam muito pessoalmente, é algo que temos em comum e que partilhamos. Provimos de culturas diferentes, fomos criados em ambientes familiares completamente diferentes, nascemos em Países diferentes, eu sou Portuguesa e ele Americano. Eu não sigo uma religião em concreto, assumo uma posição budista/cristã, ou seja, uno as suas leis e ensinamentos numa postura própria que determino como a minha filosofia de vida, não excluindo os ensinamentos de outras, mantendo a minha mente e coração abertos. O Lance por sua vez é um Cristão assumido daqueles que todos os Domingos dirigem seus passos para a Igreja, e isso é notório nos textos que escreve sempre antecedidos por um trecho retirado da bíblia. Ele foi tocado pelo exemplo de seu Pai já falecido ao qual dá continuidade numa busca pela Alma que passou a ser a sua busca. Eu, infelizmente não tive exemplos na vida do que é ser movido pela fé ou amor abnegado e incondicional, valeu-me a sensibilidade de minha própria Alma que sempre fez questão de se fazer sentir, até cá para mim, cedo demais. Ele é uma das pessoas que entrou recentemente em minha vida e apesar de não nos conhecermos pessoalmente, uma das mais capazes de me dar suporte, de me transmitir força para prosseguir, sempre com uma palavra amiga e de encorajamento para dar, daquelas que sempre parecem sair no momento mais oportuno e que sempre nos tocam tão profundamente. Apesar de todas as diferenças que nos poderiam fazer divergir, existe uma razão muito mais forte para nos unir num esforço conjunto... a reciprocidade de nossas Almas.
Quando existem ideais movidos pela pureza do coração, nem mesmo a distancia impossibilita que acções conjuntas se possam concretizar.

Os nossos dons são para ser unidos num esforço conjunto e reciproco, o que lhes permitirá ter muito mais força e tocar muitas mais almas que procuram se encontrar.

(Vais ter de me desculpar Lance mas este novo parágrafo, foi introduzido no momento da postagem, não consta na versão que te enviei anteriormente)
São verdadeiros amigos aqueles que te aceitam independentemente de tuas crenças, formação, cultura ou imagem física... aqueles que fazem com que a nossa vida continue a valer a pena de ser vivida. E por muito que por vezes nos possamos sentir em solidão e com vontade de desistir, não o podemos fazer.
Porque não importam as dificuldades e os espinhos do caminho. Importam sim, os amigos que ao longo desse caminho árduo nos estendem a mão abrindo-nos o seu coração, aceitando-nos como somos sem reservas, contribuindo assim para ampliar o nosso mundo interior.

SOLIDÃO

Mesmo quando rodeados de uma multidão, podemos sentir-nos tão sós, como se estivéssemos perdidos... sem direcção ou rumo.
Tudo o que sentimos é a dor... o vazio da solidão e nada mais. Mas, quase sempre esse sentimento de solidão é necessário para que aprendamos a saber estar connosco. Nunca conseguiremos manter um relacionamento estável e pleno de felicidade se não nos sentirmos bem connosco. Porque se não nos sentirmos bem connosco, como nos poderemos sentir bem com os outros?
Quando nos sentimos atraiçoados o sentimento de revolta é compreensível e por vezes mesmo necessário mas, este não deve ser alimentado e sim ultrapassado. Ele leva-nos a sentirmo-nos tomados por uma angústia ao ver-mos a felicidade dos outros. Aquilo que também queríamos para nós mas que nos foge, escapando-se por completo. Algo que queremos segurar com ambas as mãos mas, cuja incapacidade de o conseguir fazer nos deixa frustrados.
Temos duas opções, uma delas, aquela que a maioria é levada a tomar é a de colocar-se na posição de vitima. Esta posição leva-nos a sentir uma serie de sentimentos nefastos, que nos corroem e acabam por atingir os que se encontram mais próximos de nós.
Em vez de tentarmos compreender o porquê de ter-mos atraído uma situação de abandono, traição ou infidelidade, deixamo-nos absorver pela raiva e revolta, e estas quando alimentadas tornam-se uma epidemia contagiante, uma doença que se não for tratada a tempo se transformará numa amargura que se tornará numa companheira inseparável, afastando de nós aquilo que mais desejamos. Nesta situação não estamos aptos a compreender que o nosso maior inimigo, não é aquele que nos abandonou ou atraiçoou mas, nós mesmos.
A outra hipótese é o sermos capazes de compreender que se alguém nos abandona ou atraiçoa, é porque não era digno de nossa confiança, então, em vez de lamentar-mos o sucedido, deveríamos dar graças a Deus pelo acto dessa pessoa, por ela por sua própria iniciativa ser levada a afastar-se de nós, porque ao fazê-lo deixa espaço para que outra pessoa mais apropriada se possa aproximar. Uma que seja merecedora de nossa confiança. Infelizmente nunca temos uma visão suficientemente clara para compreender tal e muito menos para compreender que a pessoa certa e adequada a nós só virá ou poderá ficar de nosso lado se primeiro aprendermos a estar bem connosco.
Como poderemos exigir que alguém goste de nossa companhia se somos nós os primeiros a rejeitarmo-nos a nós mesmos, quando não sabemos estar sós?
Porque a dor, a raiva e revolta de sentirmo-nos na solidão é isso mesmo que indica. Que não gostamos o suficiente de nós para conseguir-mos estar sós. Então, que fazer? Primeiro que tudo ter vontade de modificar a nossa atitude perante a situação, não querendo permanecer na posição de vitima. E porque não começar por aprender-mos a gostar de quem somos, a aceitarmo-nos tal como somos. Identificando em nós os aspectos que nos beneficiam como seres humanos, aqueles que mais gostamos na nossa personalidade e que nos podem ajudar a sentirmo-nos bem connosco. Dedicar tempo a actividades que gostamos, como por exemplo a hobbies que nos transmitam uma sensação prazerosa, ou a aprender algo que sempre sentimos que gostaríamos de saber, investindo na nossa pessoa, oferecendo um pouco de nosso tempo livre como voluntários numa associação em nossa comunidade, existem tantas a necessitar de ajuda. Ao invés de fecharmos os olhos cegos pelo ódio, raiva ou revolta, porque não voltar a nossa atenção às opções. Existem tantas coisas a que nos dedicarmos em vez de ficarmos sentados de braços cruzados lamentado o que não temos ou perdemos, isolando-nos, sentido-nos desprezados e vitimas de injustiças quando a maior injustiça somos nós próprios que a cometemos connosco mesmos.

“ Vencedores não são os que ganham, mas aqueles que mesmo sabendo que perderam algo, sabem que algo melhor virá para substituir o que foi perdido. Portanto, não existe razão alguma que justifique atitudes derrotistas, mas muitas razões para querer se tornar num vencedor. ”

In the other day I read a text of my friend Lance on being alone (in its original title "ALONE") and this touched me so deeply, that it inspired to me to write on the subject of the solitude. Both of us are motivated by the Soul to write on subjects that in touch us very personally, is something that we have in common and that we share. We come from different cultures, we were created in completely different familiar environments, were born in different Countries, I am Portuguese and he is American. I not follow a religion in concrete, I assume a position Buddhist and christian, that is, join its laws and teachings in a proper position that I determine as my philosophy of life, not excluding the teachings of others religions or philosophys, keeping open my mind and heart. Lance in is turn is an assumed Christian of thoses that all Sundays move its steps to Church, and this is well-known in the texts that it always writes preceded for a removed stretch of the bible. It was touched by the example of its deceased Father to which he gives continuity in a search for the Soul that started to be its search. I, unhappyly did not have examples in the life of that it is to be moved by the faith or self-sacrificing and unconditional love, valid me the sensitivity of my proper Soul that always made question of making me to feel it, until for me, excessively early.
Lance It is one of the people who entered recently in my life and although not knowing him personally, one of the capable to give me support, to transmit me strength to continue, always with a word friendly and of encouragement to give, that always seem to leave at the moment most opportune and that always touch so deeply. Although all the differences that in could make us to be appart, exist one strong reason that makes us to joining in a joint effort... the reciprocity of our Souls.
When in existence of a ideal moved for the pureness of the heart, not even the distance disables that joint shares can be materialize.

Our gifts it is to being joined in a joint and reciprocal effort, that it will allow it to have so must more strength and to touch many more souls that are in search to found their selfs.

Are true friends those that accept you independently of your beliefs, formation, culture or physical image… those that make with that our life continues to be valid of being lived. And no matter how much for times we can feel in loneliness and with will to give up, we cannot make it. Because does not import the difficulties and the thorns of the way. They matter yes, the friends who in to the long of this arduous way extend to us their hand, opening to us its heart, accepting us as we are without reserves, contributing this way to extend our interior world.

LONELINESS

Exactly when encircled of a crowd, we can feel so alone, as if we were lost... without direction or route.
Everything what we feel is pain... the emptiness of the loneliness and nothing more. But, almost always this feeling of solitude is necessary so that we learn to know to be with ourselfs.
We will never obtain to keep a steady and full relationship of happiness if we do not feel well with us. Because if we do not feel well with ourselfs how can we be able to feel well with the others?
When we feel betrayed, the feeling of revolt is understandable and for times exactly necessary but, this does not have to be fed and yes exceeded. It takes us to feel taken by a anguish when seeing the happiness of the others. What also we wanted but that runs away from us, escaping itself for complete. Something that we want to hold with both hands but, whose incapacity of obtaining to make leaves us frustrated.
We have two options, one of them, that one that the majority is taken to take is to place itself in the position of victim. This position takes us to feel one serie of ominous feelings, that corrode us and it cease for reaching the ones that are find next to us. Instead of trying to understand the reason to have attracted an abandonment situation, treason or infidelity, we leave ourselves to absorb for the anger and revolt, and these when fed it become a contagious epidemic, an illness that if will not be treated at time will transform into a bitterness that will become in a non-separable friend, moving away from us what more we desire. In this situation we are not apt to understand that our worse enemy, it is not that one that had abandoned or betrayed us but, ourselves.
Another hypothesis it is to be capable to understand that if somebody abandons or betrays us, is because he/she was not worthy of our confidence, then, instead of lamenting the occurred, we should give thanks to God for the act of this person, for its proper initiative to be led to move away itself from us, because when making it leaves space so that another person more appropriate to us can approach. One that is deserving of our confidence. Unhappyly never we have a enough clear vision to understand such, much less to understand that the person certain and adjusted will only come or be able to be by our side if first we learn to be well with ourselfs.
How we will be able to demand that somebody likes our company if we are the firsts to reject ourselves, when we do not know to be alone?
Because pain, the anger and revolt to feel in loneliness is this that it indicates. That we do not like the sufficient of us to obtain to be alone. Then, what to do? First of all is to have will to modify our attitude before the situation, not wanting to remain in the position of victim. And why not to start for learning to like it in who we are, to accept us such as we are. Identifying in us the aspects that in benefit us as human beings, those that more we like in our personality and that can help us to feel well with ourselfs. To dedicate time to the activities that we like, as for example hobbies that could transmit a pleasant sensacion, or to learn something that always we feel that we would like to know, investing in our person, offering a little of our free time as voluntary in an association in our community, so many exist that need help. Instead of closing the blind eyes for the hatred, anger or revolt, why not to place all our attention to the options.
There are so many things that exist to we be dedicate instead of to be seated of crossed arms lamented the one that we do not have, isolating us, felt us rejected and victims of injustices, when the biggest injustice are we proper that commit it with ourselfs.

“ Winners are not the ones that earn, but those that exactly knowing that they had lost something, know that something better will come to substitute what it was lost. Therefore, does not exist any reason that justifies defeatist attitudes, but many reasons to want to become in a winner. ”

DONS / GIFTS

Tudo aquilo que desempenhamos com facilidade, e que ao desempenhar-mos nos deixa com uma sensação de plenitude é um dom que possuímos em nosso SER. E de cada vez que o exercemos ficamos imersos num bem estar interior sentido como felicidade.
Dons são talentos inatos. Coisas que fazemos naturalmente sem esforço, por vezes mesmo sem formação.
É sabedoria que só pode ser expressada pela Alma e nos dá a sensação de estarmos vivos e integrados no mundo através do desempenho de nossos dons.
À quem lhes chame missão de vida, uma vez que ao colocarmos em acção os nossos dons, colocamos em acção aquilo de que melhor possuímos dentro de nós, fazendo aquilo que melhor sabemos fazer. Porque colocamos nessa acção todo o nosso coração numa entrega total.
Ninguém vive em pleno neste mundo físico se ao agir não colocar nessa acção todo o seu Ser. Corpo e Alma devem estar em sintonia nesse desempenho. Quando assim é, nenhum esforço é despendido e tanto corpo como Alma sentem-se nutridos. Ficam imersos num brilho vivo que deles emana conseguido apenas por aqueles que encontram o real sentido de sua vida neste planeta.
Enquanto não desempenhamos os nossos dons, sentimos que estamos desenquadrados do mundo, não encontramos um sentido significativo, sentindo-nos acompanhados por uma espécie de vazio melancólico. Tudo o que fazemos é provido de uma acção mecanizada, porque não nos entregamos. Como tal, sentimos como uma obrigação à qual nos subjugamos.
Nisto resultam seres humanos com níveis de stress elevados, disfunções psicológicas, ansiedade, alterações de humor repentinas e dores físicas intensas.
O Ser não nutre a sua Alma, esvazia-a por completo. Não se focaliza no presente porque este não o anima. Então, opta por escapes numa tentativa de retomar algum vigor, algo que o possa fazer sentir-se útil, bem consigo próprio. Mas, ao invés de procurar o que alivie a sua Alma de uma prisão, opta por procurar o que acabará por reforçar as grades que o prendem. Focaliza-se nos bens materiais, numa conquista de status social. Alimenta o ego, a vaidade e a cobiça alheia. Deste modo, grades vão-se sobrepondo sobre grades, aprisionando... sufocando... fazendo a Alma contorcer-se em agonia no interior de um corpo físico em declínio.
Não somos como animais numa jaula no jardim zoológico. A nossa existência não se limita ao acumular e prolongamento do vazio existencial, nem à nossa entrega a acções egoístas e excêntricas. Mas, à libertação do que nos condiciona... ao serviço ao próximo em auxílio... em partilha... ao Amor.

“Parte à descoberta dos teus dons e concluirás que eles não te preenchem apenas a ti mas, igualmente outras Almas. Deste modo farás a tua parte neste mundo contribuindo com a partilha daquilo que melhor sabes fazer. Contribuindo para a construção da tua própria felicidade e para a felicidade do próximo, não só aniquilarás grade apôs grade da tua prisão como ajudarás outros a dissipar as próprias grades que os aprisionam animados pelo teu exemplo.
Porque o brilho que emanarás de teu olhar, o sorriso que estamparás em teu rosto iluminará todo o teu Ser, tocando e contagiando todo aquele que alcançar a compreensão do teu estado de felicidade. Este, por sua vez será impulsionado pelo teu exemplo a querer libertar-se de sua própria prisão.
Que melhor contributo poderás oferecer a teus irmãos senão pelo exemplo?
Que as palavras não se limitem a sair da tua boca como sons ocos sem vibração mas, que acompanhados pelo exemplo na acção, possam ecoar e ressoar no coração de todos aqueles que ainda não evidenciaram os seus esforços na procura e colocação em acção dos seus dons.
Dons são como um precioso tesouro que se limita quando silenciados pela inacção ou, quando em acção, deixados em segredo apenas para usufruto próprio. Mas, ilimitado quando partilhado com todos aqueles que surgirem no teu caminho. ”

Everything what we do with easiness, and that when doing them it leaves us feel a fullness sensation, is one gift that we possess in our BEING. And of each time that we exercise it we are immersed in a inner welfare sensible as happiness.
Gifts are innate talents. Things that we make with a natural easiness without no effort, for times even without formation.
It is wisdom that only can be expressed by the Soul and it gives us the sensation to feel alive and integrated in the world through the performance of ours gigfts. There are who calls it life mission, a time that when placing in share ours gifts, we place in share to all that better we possess inside of us, making what better we know to make. Because we place in this share all our heart in a total delivery.
Nobody lives in full in this physical world, if when acting not to place in this share all its Being, Body and Soul they must be in tunning in this performance.
When thus it is, no effort is expended and as much body as Soul is felt nourished. They are immersed in an alive brightness that of them emanates, obtained only for whom had find the real meaning of its life in this planet.
While we do not put in execution ours gifts, we feel that we are unframed of the world, we do not find a direction significant, feeling folloied by a species of melancholic emptiness. Everything what we make is provided with a mechanized share, because we do not deliver to them. As such, we feel as an obligation to which we overwhelm in.
In this result human beings with high levels of stress, psychological problems, anxiety, sudden alterations of mood and intense physical pains.
The Being does not nourish its Soul, empties it for complete. It is not focused in the present time because this does not liven up him. Then, it opts to escapes in an attempt to retake some vigour, something that can make it to feel itself useful, well proper with him self. But, instead of looking for what it alliviates its Soul of an arrest, it opts to looking for what it will finish for strengthening the gratings that arrest it. It is focused in the corporeal properties, a conquest of social status. It feeds the ego, the vanity and it covets it other people's.
In this way, gratings are gone overlapping on gratings, imprisoning... suffocating... making the Soul to be convulsed itself in agony in the inside of a physical body in decline.
We are not as animal in a cage in the zoological garden. Our existence does not limits to the accumulating and prolongation of the existencial emptiness, nor to our delivery to the egoistic and eccentric shares. But, to the release of that in it conditions us... the service to the next one in support... in share... to the Love.

" Part to the discovery of yours gifts and you will conclude that they do not fill only you but, equally other Souls. In this way you will make your part in this world contributing with the share of that better you know to do. Contributing for the construction of your proper happiness and for the happiness of the next one, you will not only verwhelm grating after grating of your prison as you will help others to dissipate the proper gratings that imprison them livened up for your example.
Because the brightness that you will emanate of your look, the smile that you will print in your face will illuminate all your Being, touching and infecting all that one that could reach the understanding of your state of happiness. This, in is turn will be stimulated by your example to want to become free itself of its proper prison.
What better contribute you will be able to offer to your brothers otherwise for the example?
That the words be not limited to leave your mouth as sounds without vibration but, folloied for the example in the share, hollow it to echo and resound in the heart of all those that had still not evidenced its efforts in the search and rank in share of its gifts.
Gifts is as a precious treasure that if limits when silenced for the useless or, when in use, left in secret only for proper fruition. But, limitless when shared with all those that appear in your way "

Quando trilhas o caminho do auto conhecimento, da auto aceitação.
Quando tudo o que pretendes é conheceres-te a fundo e aceitares-te tal como és. Aceitando ser quem és e fazendo parte do que fazes. Compreendes que fizeste as pazes com o teu coração. Estás em paz contigo e com tudo o que te rodeia. Unes-te ao todo. Unes-te à energia universal. Unes-te à energia de todos os seres que dela fazem parte.
Então, fundes a tua essência com o espirito de uma águia e tornas-te uno com a águia e com tudo o que ela representa...

Mas, ele não to permitirá e simplesmente te abraçará fundindo toda a sua Luz e Amor com a tua Luz e o teu Amor.
Neste momento. Neste preciso momento. O Divino se une ao material. A Luz se une à escuridão e tu tornas-te um Ser completo.
A tua Alma ganha as asas de um Anjo.
O teu Coração ganha o maior tesouro de todos os tesouros. A unificação e aceitação de todas as energias, mutáveis e imutáveis.
Tal como qualquer um daqueles animais, ganharás o poder de agir em conformidade com a natureza.
Não mais sentirás a necessidade de comandar a tua vida.
Passas a deixar que o Universo te guie e leve para onde precisas de ir.
Confiante, passas a seguir o fluxo energético da natureza.
Em gratidão, passas a abençoar tudo o que o Universo te oferece.
Questões e dúvidas dissolver-se-ão por completo. Porque deixarás de sentir necessidade de questionar e simplesmente saberás que estás onde precisas de estar.
Simplesmente saberás que fazes o que precisas fazer.
Simplesmente passarás a ouvir claramente a voz do teu coração e a seguir instintivamente o caminho que amorosamente ele te indica.
Nada terás que temer, apenas precisarás confiar e aceitar grato porque o Universo tem muito para te oferecer.
Apazigua-te com o teu Ser interno, aceitando que todas as partes de ti são necessárias para a tua integração no todo.
Quando o conseguires, compreenderás que o Universo já tinha um lugar guardado só para ti, e apenas pacientemente, aguardava a tua intenção de o tomares como teu.
Um lugar onde apenas a tua matriz energética se poderá fundir por completo. E que portanto, só tu poderás ocupar.

When you tracks the way of the self knowledge, of the self acceptance.
When everything what you intend is to known yourself deeply and to accept yourself such as you are. Accepting to be who you are and being part of what you make. You understand that you made the peaces with your heart. You are in peace with you and everything what encircles you. You join to the all. You join to the universal energy. You join to the energy of all the beings that of it are part.
Then, you melt your essence with the spirit of an eagle and become as one with the eagle and everything what it represents...
You melt your essence with the spirit of a hawk and become as one with the hawk and everything what it represents...
You melt your essence with the spirit of a dove and become as one with the dove and everything what it represents...
You melt your essence with the spirit of a bear and become as one with the bear and everything what it represents...
You melt your essence with the spirit of a horse and become as one with the horse and everything what it represents...
You melt your essence with the spirit of a fox and become as one with the fox and everything what it represents...
You melt your essence with the spirit of a wolf and become as one with the wolf and everything what it represents...
You melt your essence with the spirit of an elephant and become as one with the elephant and everything what it represents...
You melt your essence with the spirit of a lion and become as one with the lion and everything what it represents...
When your spirit reaches the feat to be placing ahead of all these animals, to walk to the side of them in tunning with the nature of each one of them. When your Soul places it ahead of the Soul of each one of these animals and in position of respect and recognition make to them a reverence, after it each one of them leaves in freedom, leaving in you impregnated the feeling of full union and tunning. The Christ is ready to appear before you. When seeing him you will want to launch to its feet. You will have will to cry of joy moved with the Love that of him you will feel. But, he will not allow you and simply will hug you melting all its Light and Love with your Light and your Love.
At this moment. In this necessary moment. The holy ghost joins to the material. The Light joins to the darkness and you become a complete Being.
Your Soul wins the wings of an Angel. Your Heart win the biggest treasure of all the treasures. The unification and acceptance of all the energies, changeable and invariant.
Such as any one of those animals, you will earn the power to act in compliance with the nature. No More you will feel the need to command your life.
Raisins to let that the Universe guides you and lead you for where you need to go.
Confident, raisins to follow the energy flow of the nature.
In gratitude, raisins to bless everything what the Universe offers to you.

Seremos nós mesmo e apenas aquilo que vemos quando nos colocamos defronte de um espelho? Ou seremos algo mais vasto e ilimitado como o próprio universo? No que acreditar? Que filosofia ou religião seguir? Que tipo de visão adoptar? Tantas são as questões que nos assaltam a mente, quando muito procuramos um direccionamento racional. Precisamos de demonstrações que suportem a validade de algo, única e exclusivamente, para que possa ser aceite pela nossa mente racional e lógica. Para quando deixaremos de adiar o facto de que por vezes não precisamos de compreender, mas sim de sentir, e simplesmente crer na nossa capacidade de sentir, confiando.
Sofredores choramos por aqueles que partem, deixando que nosso egoísmo ressentido pela perda daquele ser pelo qual não mais poderemos desfrutar de sua presença física, nos invada, permitindo que sejamos consumidos pela dor. Sim, é verdade, não é o Amor que nutrimos pelo ser que parte que nos faz chorar, mas sim, o nosso egoísmo. Porque o Amor é um sentimento puro que apenas pode libertar e nunca aprisionar. Quando sofremos movidos pela dor da perda, aprisionamo-nos a nós e àqueles que partem do mundo físico, mantendo-os assim enclausurados a uma vibração energética, que a maior parte por desconhecimento não terá capacidade de se descortinar, e se verá enredar por uma teia fortemente tecida por aqueles que tanto dizem o amar. O verdadeiro Amor não prende mas liberta, como tal chorar deve ser feito por um breve período, apôs o qual, deveremos nos posicionar numa atitude de aceitação e desapego e simplesmente deixar partir aquele ser para o local que mais de adapta á sua nova forma existencial.

Precisamos aprender a levantarmo-nos sem apoios externos. A saber valermo-nos de nossa própria força. Todos temos a força necessária. Mesmo que não a sintamos, ela existe dentro de nós. Só temos de aprender a despertá-la. A senti-la vibrar dentro de nosso ser. Escolhi esta imagem para acompanhar este texto, porque no momento em que olhei para ela foi sentido muito intensamente, tudo aquilo que para mim significa a verdadeira fé. É uma simples figura de um Anjo em puro gesso. Vi-o num catalogo de um fornecedor do local onde trabalho, e fiquei cativada pelo que de imediato foi sentido, transmitido pela sua beleza e simplicidade. Tocou-me tão profundamente que no interior de meu coração ganhou vida.
Fé é uma expressão de Amor, de entrega, de devoção e de abnegação. Ter fé em algo, é acreditar veemente nesse algo.
A fé é algo a ser sentido. Algo que só pode vir do interior para o exterior, e nunca o contrário.

A expressão " A fé move montanhas ", é uma das expressões populares que sempre desencadeou em mim, alguma curiosidade quanto ao seu significado. Compreendido quando foi percebida uma outra expressão " A fé cura ".
Em certa altura dei uma queda enorme numas escadas, literalmente fiz uma descolagem, voei, e cai em queda livre. Dei-me conta da gravidade da queda quando olhei para o rosto estupefacto de uma rapariga sentada numa esplanada de um café e que viu todo o espalhafato sucedido. Eu levantei-me completamente envergonhada e a rapariga ficou simplesmente de boca aberta a olhar para mim. Ela tal como eu, pensou que eu já não me levantaria.
Nos dias que se seguiram tive imensas dores, mas eu não deixei de dar resposta às minhas responsabilidades, fazia-o com imensa dificuldade, muitas vezes tive de ocultar as lágrimas. Não procurei um médico, tinha a certeza do que me sucederia se o fizesse, como tal tentei aguentar, até que finalmente por não mais conseguir suportar as dores marquei uma consulta. Uns dois dias antes da consulta, enquanto desempenhava uma simples tarefa doméstica, as dores persistiam em atormentar-me, senti-me desesperar ao pensar que não podia ficar imobilizada, isso não podia acontecer, não naquela fase de vida pela qual passava. E foi precisamente naquele momento em que senti o desespero invadir-me, que decidi que Deus teria de me dar auxilio, Deus era a minha única alternativa e nesse preciso momento dirigi meu pensamento aos céus, não num modo amoroso mas sim de autoridade. Eu estava completamente desesperada, cansada, esgotada. Chegara ao meu limite. Estou certa de que me desculparam o modo como lhes dirigi minha atenção. Mas, o certo é que eu utilizei a minha determinação na fé que me sustentava e segundos depois toda a minha coluna, desde os ombros ao cóccix ficou numa dormência completa, como se toda aquela zona do meu corpo tivesse sido anestesiada. Quando chegou o dia da consulta eu já não tinha qualquer dor, e o único vestígio da queda foi uma ligeira curvatura mais acentuada no cóccix. Levei um raspanete do médico, por não o ter procurado de imediato, e é claro, eu não lhe contei do que se havia passado, de como tinham terminado as dores.

Muitas das vezes não quer dizer que não tenhamos fé, o que acontece é que sentimos que não somos merecedores dessa atenção, por essa razão, somos muitas vezes levados a passar por situações extremas. Pois só assim, somos obrigados a voltar a nossa atenção para um único ponto, sem que exista a possibilidade de dispersar-mos a nossa atenção para outras situações, dadas no momento como desnecessárias. Mas, como temos por natureza uma visão restrita e condicionada, não permitimo-nos distinguir o que será mais ou menos relevante para um preciso momento.
Atafulhamos a nossa mente de lixo psíquico, perdemos um tempo considerável em acções que não nos levam a lado nenhum, e as mantemos mesmo sentido que o tempo urge, mesmo sentindo a necessidade de tomar uma posição, de nos concentrar-mos num intuito válido. Pura e simplesmente esquecemo-nos de quem somos, esquecemo-nos dos deveres que temos de cumprir e dos direitos que nos assistem. Daí sermos obrigados a passar por circunstâncias que nos obriguem de alguma forma a parar, a reflectir e a reagir. São necessárias escolhas e aqui temos duas opções ou reivindicamos o nosso direito como seres de luz, obtendo a cura como recompensa e retirando um aprendizado válido passando assim a um novo estágio ou, colocamo-nos no lugar de vitimas, tornando-nos em seres que apenas se lamentam da sua pouca sorte, arrastando e prolongando situações que podiam apenas ser sentidas por um espaço de tempo restrito, e não mais do que o necessário. Infelizmente ainda nos encontramos num nível de consciência inferior ao esperado, e assim nos mantemos condicionados a um estado de dormência que por ser cómodo, o prologamos. Vivendo uma vida de comodismo tal, que pouco ou mesmo nada retiramos de positivo. Como que aguardando por um milagre, que jamais ocorrerá senão através de uma transformação interna, que terá o seu tempo certo para ocorrer. A semente já existe dentro de nós, só necessita de um impulsionador que a fará desabrochar. Algo que nos tocará tão profundamente que nos enaltecerá e confortará a Alma de plena compaixão.

Existem filmes, livros, e pessoas capazes de nos tocar muito profundamente, temos como exemplo uma série televisiva que passou nos ecrãs da televisão quando era miúda, intitulada de: Uma Casa na Pradaria, onde os actores que nela participam nos dão magníficos exemplos do que é sentir a fé em toda a sua magnitude. Temos o exemplo da grande produção cinematográfica produzida nos anos oitenta intitulada de: Jesus de Nazaré. Temos valiosas obras literárias do Dalai Lama, entre outras que mereciam igual destaque, mas, de que nada nos servirão caso o seu real contexto não seja profundamente sentido, pois só assim poderá ser compreendido.
Para sentirmos a fé pulsar dentro de nosso coração só precisamos de plantar sua semente conscientemente, regando-a diariamente com simples práticas que só nos beneficiarão.
Não adianta deslocarmo-nos ao cume da montanha mais alta do planeta. Não adianta querer-mos ir ao local de culto religioso mais famoso. Não adianta querer-mos estar perante o ser humano mais conhecido como um grande guru , um grande mestre espiritual. Se dentro de nós não existir o amor necessário à prática da fé. Porque não é colocarmo-nos no centro do cume da montanha mais alta, que nos aproximará de Deus. Não é estarmos no interior do mais conhecido local de culto, que nos fará sentir mais próximos de Deus. E não é encarando frente a frente um grande mestre religioso, que nos fará sentir mais perto de Deus. Mas, sim oferecendo-lhe o que possuímos de mais precioso… a nossa capacidade de Amar. Amando a Deus, ao próximo e a todos os seres, assim como a nós mesmos.
O nosso coração é o único templo que Deus pretende que lhe seja erguido. E o Amor o nosso mais precioso tesouro, que deverá ser partilhado.
Nenhuma flor desabrocha num local onde previamente não tivesse sido plantada a sua semente. E mesmo apôs a plantação da semente, esta só desabrochará na altura devida. Nunca antes ou depois.

“ Amai a Deus sobre todas as coisas, e ao próximo como a ti mesmo ” Esta é a chave mestra que todas as portas nos poderá abrir, se dela nos fizermos acompanhar, com verdadeiro amor e humildade.

“ Mas, que nenhum caminhante que percorre a estrada que leva a Deus, se convença de que o caminho se fará sem percalços, porque esta para além de vir a apresentar-se com bifurcações, as quais os farão ter de optar por qual dos caminhos seguir, também se depararão com pedras, valas e espinhos que terão de ultrapassar. Os desvios e atalhos não serão permitidos, e sempre que por eles optarem, não se iludam, porque rápido sentirão e verificarão que retornaram ao ponto de partida. Parte do caminho já percorrido, sentiram-se completamente deixados à vossa sorte, rejeitados, desamparados e com a sensação de que o caminho teria de ser percorrido em completa solidão. Assim teve de ser para que construíssem as vossas próprias bases, para que se tornassem autónomos e auto suficientes e assim, pudessem descobrir a vossa individualidade e não se confundissem com a individualidade do outro. Mas, não terá necessariamente de se manter assim. A partir do momento em que aprendam a reconhecer a vossa individualidade, poderão passar a permitir que outros se juntem a vós. Não se amedrontem com a ideia e permitam-se acompanhar daqueles com os quais se identificam, não pensem que sempre estiveram sozinhos no caminho, apenas se encontravam de olhos vendados e chegou a hora de retirar a venda e de ver com clareza que outros tem percorrido o mesmo caminho que vocês, e também eles possuem cicatrizes de feridas idênticas às vossas. I chose this image to follow this text, because at the moment where I looked for it, it was felt very intensely, everything what for me it means the true faith. It is a simple figure of an Angel in pure plaster. I saw it in one catalogue of a supplier of the place where I work and I was captivated for what immediately it was direction, transmitted from its beauty and simplicity. It touched me so deeply that in the inside of my heart it gain own life.
Faith is an expression of Love, delivery, devotion and self-denial. To have faith in something, is to believe vehement this something.
The faith is something to be felt. Something it only can come through from the inside to the outside, and never the opposite.
The expression “the faith it moves mountains”, is one of the popular expressions that always unchained in me, some curiosity how greatly does its meaning. Understood the faith when was perceived one another expression “cure”.

But, as we have a restricted and conditional vision by nature, it not let us permitted distinguishing what it will be more or less significant for a necessary moment.
we load our mind with psychic garbage, losing a considerable time in actions that will not take us to somewhere, and we keep them even when we fell the sensation that the time we have its ending, exactly feeling the necessity to take a position, to concentrating us in a valid intention. Pure and simply we forgotten of who we are, forgotten of the duties that we have to fulfil and of the rights that we have to attend. That’s why we are obliged to pass for circumstances that in compel us of some form to stop, to reflect and to react. There are necessary choices and here we have two options or we demand our right as light beings, getting the cure as a rewards and removing a valid learning thus passing to a new period of guidance or, we put ourselves in the place of victims, return-in human beings that only complains of its own little luck, dragging and drawing out situations that they could only be felt by a space of restricted time, and not more than the necessary. Unhappily we still stumble on a level of minor conscience to the waited one, and thus we keep us conditional to a situation that for being easier, we keep on extend them. Living a common life such, that so little or nothing we remove of positive. As we where waiting for a miracle to came, that never will occur unless through an internal transformation, that will have its time certain to occur. The seed already exists inside of us, only needs a booster that will make it to unclasp. Something that will touch us so deeply that will comfort our Soul of full compassion.
Exist Films, books, and people capable of touching us very deeply, we have as example a televising series that passed on the television when I was small, intituled of: One House in the Prairie, where the actors that participate in it give magnificent examples of what it is to feel the faith in all its magnitude. We have the example of the great produced cinematographic production in the Eighties intituled of: Jesus of Nazareth. We have valuable literary compositions of Dalai Lama, among others that they deserved equal prominence, but, nothing in it will serve us if its real context is not deeply direction, therefore thus could only be understood.
To feel the faith beating inside of our heart we only need to plant its seed conscientiously, watering it daily with simple practices that can only benefit us.
It does not advance go to the top of the highest mountain of the planet. It does not advance to want going to the place of more famous religious cult. It does not advance to want being facing the famous human being as a great guru, a great spiritual master, if inside of us do not exist the necessary love to the practical of the faith. Because it is not going to the top of the highest mountain, that will approach us to God. It is not be in the inside of the most known local of cult, that will make us to feel more closer to God. And is not facing front a great religious master that will make us feel more close to God. But, yes offering to Him what we possess of more precious… our capacity to love. Loving God, the next and all the beings, as well as ourselves.
Our heart is the only temple that God intends that is raised to Him. And the Love, our more precious treasure, that will have to be share.
No flower unclasps in a place where she had previously not been planted its seed. And even after the plantation of the seed, this will only unclasp in it right time. Never before or later.

Conversando com Deus sobre Alma-gémea / TALKING WITH GOD OF SOULMATE

Certo dia DEUS descreveu-me como era aquele que é minha Alma-Gémea, ao que eu lhe respondi:
- Meu Pai, porque brincas comigo? Não saberás tu que os Anjos não existem na terra?

Algumas semanas mais tarde, DEUS fez-me sentir os sentimentos nutridos pelo ser que é nosso complemento Divino, e mais uma vez eu retorqui:
- Pai! Continuas a brincar comigo! Na terra a energia é tão densa, que tais sentimentos estão condenados a desvanecerem-se , mesmo antes de nascer.

Alguns meses mais tarde, DEUS fez-me sonhar, mostrando-me e fazendo-me sentir tudo aquilo de que me falara e me fizera sentir. E eu continuando sem acreditar, mais uma vez lhe respondi:
- Pai, porque teimas em brincar comigo!? Por acaso diverte-te veres-me sofrer desta forma? Jamais existirá na terra alguém com tais atributos!
Se me disseres que alguém pode ser belo, quase parecendo um Anjo. Eu até que acredito. Mas, esse ser não conterá em sí nada mais para além de uma beleza exterior que se demonstrará estéril.
Se me disseres que alguém poderá ser dotado de maturidade e sensibilidade de carácter. Eu até que acredito. Mas, esse ser terá sofrido tanto para chegar a esse estágio, que tudo o que conseguirá fazer transparecer é a tristeza do vazio a que foi condenado.
Se me disseres que o Amor pode ser tão intenso quanto reconfortante. Eu até que acredito. Mas, verei nesse Amor aquele que uma Mãe nutre pelos seus filhos.

Então, face a tamanha incredulidade, DEUS não teve outro remédio senão colocar-me frente a frente daquele que é minha Alma-Gémea.
Mas, mesmo assim vendo-o e sentindo-o, eu não quis ver… eu não quis sentir…
Então, DEUS fez com que eu tivesse de me confrontar semana apôs semana com tal ser. Até que certo dia eu não consegui fugir de seu olhar. E ao olhar directo em seus olhos, eu reconheci em seu olhar o olhar do CRISTO.
O único olhar capaz de me acordar de minha dormência. O único olhar capaz de fazer nascer em mim a vontade de querer ver e sentir cada vez mais.
Então, perante DEUS eu tive de dar o meu braço a torcer, engolindo em seco meu orgulho e minha teimosia.
- Pai! Perdoa-me por em ti não ter acreditado. Não acreditei no que me disseste. Não acreditei no que me fizeste sentir. E não acreditei no que me fizeste ver. Mas, agora eu sei que tudo é verdade. Porque finalmente eu vi e senti com a ALMA.

DEUS ensinou-me uma grande lição. Ensinou-me que sempre que olha-mos para um ser humano, se olhar-mos com os olhos físicos, tudo o que veremos são seus defeitos. Mas, se ao contrário nos predispusermos a olhar com a ALMA, tudo o que nos será ressaltado e perceptido serão os atributos dessa Alma. Ficando impresso em nós um certo alento por sabermos que afinal ainda existem Anjos. Para os reconhecer-mos, só temos de nos dispor a utilizar os olhos da nossa ALMA. Afinal, como poderíamos nós reconhecer nossa Alma-Gémea, senão mesmo olhando de Alma para Alma.

Certain day GOD described me as it was the one that is my Soulmate, what I answered to him:
- My Father, why does you play with me? Will you not know that the Angels do not exist in the land?

Some weeks later, GOD made me to feel the feelings nourished for the being that is our divine complement, and one more time I reply to him:
- Father! You continue to play with me! In the land the energy is so dense, that such feelings are condemned to be vanished, exactly before being born.

Some months later, GOD makes me dream, showing to me and making me to feel everything that He had told me and make me to feel. And I continuing without believing, one more time answered to him:
- Father, why don’t you stop playing with me? By chance amuses you to see me suffer in such way? Somebody with such attributes will never exist in the land!
If you tell me that somebody can be beautiful, almost seeming an Angel. I may believe. But, this being will not contain in him self nothing more beyond an external beauty that will be demonstrated barren.
If you say to me that somebody could be endowed with maturity and sensitivity of character. I may believe. But, this being will have suffered in such a way to arrive at this stage of character, that everything what he will obtain to make to be transparent is the sadness of the emptiness of which he was condemned.
If you say to me that the Love can be so intense as much comforting. I may believe. But, I will see in this Love the same love that a Mother nourishes for her children.
Then, face to so great incredulity, GOD did not have another chance that to place me in front of my twin Soul.
But, exactly thus seeing it and feeling it, I did not wanted to see… I did not wanted to feel…
Then, GOD made that I had to face up with such being week after week. Until certain day I could not run away from its look. And when I look in his eyes, I recognized in its look the look of the CHRIST.
The only look capable to wake me up of my sleepingness. The only look capable to make to born in me the will of wanting to see and to feel each time more.
Then, before GOD I had to give my arm to twist, swallow in dry my pride and my stubbornness.
- Father! Forgive me for not having believed in you. I did not believe what you said to me. I did not believe what you have made me to feel. And I did not believe what you have made me to see. But, now I know that everything is true. Because finally I have saw and felted with my SOUL.

GOD teached me a great lesson. He taught to me that whenever we look at a human being, if we look with the physical eyes, everything that we will see will be their imperfections. But, if in contrast we look with the SOUL. Everything that will be salient and perceptive will be the attributes of the Soul. Being printed in us a certain delight for knowing that after all Angels do exist in this Planet. To recognize them, we only have to make use of the eyes of our SOUL. After all, how we could recognize our Soulmate, otherwise than looking at from Soul to Soul.

ALMA-GÉMEA / SOULMATE

De todos os assuntos de que posso vir a escrever, este deve ser aquele que mais complicado se torna de se fazer expressar por palavras. Foram feitos vários rascunhos tentando expressar o mais fielmente que me foi possível o sentimento do Amor de Almas-Gémeas, mas varias foram as frases eliminadas, ou alteradas diversas vezes, por sentir que não faziam jus ao sentimento que tentava retractar. Existem sentimentos que podem ser sentidos e vivenciados, mas, quando se trata de os exprimir para um papel, torna-se demasiado difícil conseguir arranjar palavras à altura, de tão sublime e maravilhosa que é essa energia que aproxima dois seres que são Almas-Gémeas.

Quando se fala em Alma-Gémea, fala-se obrigatoriamente em Amor, não no Amor intitulado como Amor Universal, aquele a que Jesus Cristo se referiu na frase “ Amai a Deus sobre todas as coisas e ao próximo como a ti mesmo”, mas sim, naquele que aproxima homem e mulher e os faz unirem-se como se fossem um só. E não será no intento da obtenção promiscua de prazeres terrenos, mas de realização de sentimentos plenos.
Todo o sentimento de Amor é sublime, e existem diversas formas de amar-mos. Amamos os nossos filhos, os nossos Pais, os nossos irmãos, os nossos amigos, os nossos bichinhos de estimação. Amar é uma capacidade da qual o ser humano não é o único detentor, mas aquele que a consegue exprimir para além do acto de amar.
Intitulamos de Alma-Gemea aquele ser que nos faz sentir o sentimento de Amor mais profundo de todos. O Amor que perdura pela eternidade e que acompanha a alma vida após vida.
