AUTENTICIDADE / AUTHENTICITY

“ Na procura de quem és, segue apenas as palavras que encontram eco no teu coração. Livra-te de tudo o resto, que apenas serve para colocar peso em teu Ser. Peso este, que não necessitas carregar.

Lembra-te de que quando retiras pedras do caminho dos outros com intuito abnegado, pedras do teu caminho serão removidas. Motiva, conforta e ama todos os que cruzam o teu caminho sem deixar que o julgamento se interponha no meio. Estamos neste mundo para aprender a amar e a aceitar os outros tal como são, e nunca para os julgar.

Ajuda a avançar no caminho, se estivermos conscientes dos motivos e dos sentimentos que verdadeiramente nos fazem mover. Muito mais importante, do que saber os motivos que fazem mover os outros. Pois cada um é responsável apenas pelos seus, e é com eles que constrói o seu caminho, que é único. Este, apenas se pode assemelhar a outros, nunca ser igual. Porque, cada Alma é única e apenas igual a si mesma, só tem de aceitar-se tal como é. ”

Muitos, são os Seres Humanos que são motivados a procurar um caminho, mas ao invés de ouvir a sua voz interior, de modo a que seu caminho seja construído genuinamente passo a passo, procuram entrar numa determinada etapa onde outros já se encontram. Passado um tempo, deixam de sentir-se inspirados a percorre-lo, no geral, quando se apercebem que não estão a obter o que outros obtiveram.
Abandonados à sua ignorância, não se apercebem que só as lições da vida e a voz do coração, existente dentro de cada um de nós, cria o caminho que cada um deve percorrer, independente do caminho do outro, e todos os passos, mesmo todos, devem ser dados.

Bem sabem, que em dois mil anos, apenas um Jesus Cristo ficou conhecido na história da humanidade. Um Buda. Um Lao Tsé. Um Mahatma Ghandi. Um Lucius Seneca. Ou mesmo, uma Madre Teresa de Calcutá, entre tantos outros. A diferença que existe entre todos estes nomes é a de que cada um deles foi igual a si mesmo. Único. Autentico. Deixaram que sua voz interior por eles fosse ouvida, e dela, construíram suas obras. E todos eles, tiveram de dar todos os passos necessários, para que fosse possível chegar onde chegaram, sem que nenhum passo fosse deixado ao acaso. A isto se chama autenticidade.

Podemos tê-los como referência, seguir seus ensinamentos, aprendendo e fazendo deles nossos Mestres, mas nunca, fazer uso de suas obras como se fossem nossas, pois elas não nos pertencem. Nelas apenas um nome está gravado, o de seu próprio autor e nenhum outro. Quando chegado o momento certo, cada um de nós será chamado a realizar a obra ou obras que lhe competem, não devendo ser dado a estas uma importância exacerbada. Da maior à menor todas têm igual importância e apenas reflectem o grau de evolução de uma Alma. Os passos por esta já percorridos, o significado das lições interiorizado e o consequente amadurecimento, assim como, o merecimento obtido, regra geral é equivalente à soma dos créditos (dharma) e dividendos (karma) obtidos, pela passagem de todas as vidas já vividas de uma Alma. Portanto, devemos sim, fazer o nosso melhor, para sermos um exemplo para os outros, cuidando uma postura justa, humilde e amorosa, para que sejamos merecedores de atingir novas etapas, não querendo obter antecipadamente o que apenas deve ser atingido no momento certo. Uma chegada atempada, garante plena compreensão das lições. Enquanto uma chegada forçada, sempre trás consequências adversas que se reflectirão em desequilíbrio de valores, e provas de vida com dificuldades acrescidas.

Ouvir a voz interior, é ouvir a voz de Deus. Esta voz está sempre presente em toda a vida, desde que se nasce, ela nos acompanha. Mas, para a ouvirmos, nosso coração tem de ser livre como um pássaro. Sereno, como as águas límpidas de um lago, e puro, como as flores do campo. Não importa a raça de pássaro que elegemos como mais magnifica. O terreno ou continente onde está situado o lago, ou o tipo de flor do campo com que mais nos deslumbramos. Porque todos são autênticos, iguais a si mesmos, livres da pretensão de serem quem não são, de busca de louvor ou reconhecimento. Todos ocupam o seu lugar no universo. Não poderiam ocupar nenhum outro...

“ Quando percorres um caminho, procurando a autenticidade, e nesse sentido dás os teus passos, teu coração preenche-se de felicidade, e dele brota apenas sentimentos de puro amor. Amor por quem és, amor pelo universo, amor por tudo e todos. Queres, verdadeiramente desejando, o melhor para ti e para os outros. Sabes que na tua caminhada estás sozinho no percurso, mas nunca sozinho nos passos que dás.

Mantenham-se alerta, porque embora por vezes vocês até estejam no caminho certo, dele podem ser desviados se acharem que são os únicos a merecer prosseguir num determinado caminho colhendo os frutos amadurecidos de vosso trabalho árduo. Se assim pensam, vosso caminho se alongará e dificultará. Porque os frutos nele colhidos, devem ser partilhados e nunca mantidos para vosso único deleite.

Partilhar uma colheita, não deve ser sentido como se estivessem a dar a possibilidade a outros de tomar partido e aproveitarem-se do caminho que já percorreram, porque isso, não é uma possibilidade existente. Quem, por sentir-se despeitado, achar por bem tomar o caminho do outro, julgando vir a obter da mesma colheita, engana-se a si próprio e só demonstra ignorância perante as leis da vida. Porque a colheita que cada um obtém, está dependente das sementes que plantar pelo caminho que tiver de percorrer.

Existem duas formas de egoísmo, aquele que clama para si os frutos dos outros. E o que, após a colheita, guarda os frutos obtidos fora do alcance dos outros. Por acaso, consideram alguma das formas menos grave do que a outra?

De que importa saber a lição na ponta da língua, se o significado da lição, é sentir sua compreensão com o coração!?

Saberão que quantidade de amor preenche o vosso coração, quando sentem as palavras que saem de vossa boca. E se as palavras que saem da boca não se elevam à faixa do amor... então, o que foi que aprenderam? ”

Por mais que possamos avançar no percurso de nosso caminho, a única coisa que sempre será igual, será a de que sempre nos depararemos com uma verdade. A de que, por mais que julguemos saber, de nada sabemos! Aceitar esta verdade, é aceitar ser humilde. É aceitar que somos, apenas, o que somos.
Somente conhecemos o que nos trouxe até aqui, e isto se durante o percurso que aqui nos trouxe, estivemos conscientes e atentos a tudo o que foi sentido, tal como foi. Caso contrário, teremos tendência a julgar a cegueira dos outros, com a nossa própria miopia amnésica. Faltarão os passos que foram galgados...

Um modo eficaz de estarmos conscientes da posição que ocupamos, seja a nível Espiritual, Moral ou outros, será estarmos atentos aos defeitos que apontamos nesse nível, nos aspectos dos que nos rodeiam no dia a dia. Os outros, sempre nos servem de reflexo. Pois, só podemos identificar na personalidade dos outros o que mais se encontra ou encontrou vincado na nossa própria personalidade.

Que aquilo que identificamos nos outros, sirva como foco de atenção do que necessitamos trabalhar em nós, para que todos os aspectos de uma personalidade completa, possam ser trabalhados de modo a que todos sejam colocados num ponto de equilíbrio, que nos beneficie como Seres Humanos, e por sua vez, beneficie os que nos rodeiam.

Busquemos dar um passo de cada vez, e não todos de uma só vez, a segunda opção decerto nos fará tropeçar na nossa própria ignorância.
E quando falarmos para quem quer que seja, busquemos estar atentos, ao que as palavras que nossa voz clama, mais evidenciam.
Tudo é energia, e toda a energia emana uma vibração especifica, então, que nossas buscas terrenas, sirvam mais para elevar a energia do que somos, do que, para procurar elevar-nos perante os outros.

There are two forms of selfishness, the one that cries out for themselves the fruits of others. And the one, that after the harvest, keep the fruits obtained out of the reach of others. By chance, consider some of the forms less serious than the other?

What it matters to know the lesson on the tip of the tongue, if the meaning of the lesson, is to feel its understanding with the heart!?

You will know how much love fills your heart, when you feel the words coming out of your mouth. And if the words coming out of the mouth are not elevated to the level of love... So, what did you have learn? "

As much as we can advance in the path of our journey, the only thing that will always be equal, will be that always we are faced with a truth. The one that, no matter how much we may regard knowledge, we know nothing! Accept this truth is to accept to be humble. Is to accept that we are, only, what we are.

An effective way of being aware of our position, either be in a spiritual, moral or other, will be to be attentive to the imperfections that at this level we appoint to the aspects to all those around us in everyday life. Seek to take a step at a time, and not all at once, the second option certainly will make us stumble in our own ignorance.
And when we talk to anyone, let us be attentive to the words that our voice speech, more evidence.
Everything is energy, and all the energy emanate a specific vibration, then, that our earth searches, serve more to raise the energy of who we are, than to seek to raise ourselves to others.

LETS BE AUTHENTIC, MAKING USE OF OUR AUTHENTICITY!

PERDAS / LOSSES

Todos nós de algum modo já passamos por perdas de algum tipo. A perda de um amigo ou familiar com a morte. A perda de um posto de trabalho. A perda de um objecto que deixamos esquecido em algum lugar, ou que nos é furtado por cobiça.
As perdas no geral trazem dor, sentimo-nos privados daquilo que perdemos. E tanto maior será a dor, quanto maior for o sentimento de apego para com esse objecto, pessoa ou situação especifica.
Recordo-me de uma ocasião em que o meu carro desapareceu do local onde o deixara estacionado, a cerca de três metros da porta do edifício onde resido, ia trabalhar e já estava em cima da hora. A minha mente dividiu-se em dois focos de preocupação; a responsabilidade de estar no local de trabalho na hora que me era devida e a impossibilidade de o fazer, pela incapacidade de encontrar o “meu” carro.
Dirigi-me para um Policia que estava na rua e visivelmente transtornada, disse-lhe que não encontrava o “meu” carro, prontamente, ele comunicou via rádio para o posto local e obteve a informação de que o carro tinha sido rebocado para o posto, devido a estar a impedir o acesso a uma garagem. Minha Culpa!
A casa em questão, que antes se encontrava desabitada tinha sido vendida, e eu não me apercebera, como tal, continuava a estacionar em frente à garagem sempre que não encontrava nenhum outro lugar vago para o fazer, confiante de que o meu acto não causaria qualquer dolo ou transtorno.
Cheguei ao posto completamente fora de mim, teria de pagar o serviço de reboque e possivelmente uma taxa ou multa pela infracção. Obtivera outro foco de atenção para se juntar aos restantes já existentes, o dinheiro. Vivendo há algum tempo com dificuldades monetárias, evitando gastos supérfluos e desnecessários para conseguir pagar as despesas, no momento em que tive de levantar o dinheiro necessário para poder levar o carro comigo, o sentimento de injustiça tornou-se insuportável, os pensamentos que me incorreram de todos os sacrifícios feitos até então para conseguir ter todas as contas pagas e em dia, tudo o que me privei de fazer ou comprar, pequenos prazeres que não obtive por privação. As lágrimas correram pelo meu rosto, sentia-me revoltada, completamente fora de mim. Ao falar com o Policia que me atendeu no posto, fui indelicada, tinha-me deixado descontrolar, gesticulando e falando bem alto, enquanto tentava buscar uma razão válida que pudesse ter sido procurada pelo dono da casa ao invés da sucedida. O agente tentou explicar-me que o erro tinha sido meu, e eu sabia-o, mas estava de tal modo transtornada que imputar toda a culpa ao outro era a única coisa capaz de fazer. Naquele momento passara a possuir uma lista negra e o proprietário da garagem passara a constar nela. Pedi desculpa ao agente pelo meu procedimento, sentia-me envergonhada, não me reconhecia ou identificava com aquele tipo de procedimento, mas não conseguia controlar-me. Levei dias e semanas a sentir-me revoltada e a tentar trabalhar nesse sentimento para o compreender e desse modo desarmar o gatilho que causara o seu despotelar. Muitas vezes, a única vontade que tinha era a de pegar no papel que o agente entregara-me que especificava o valor pago e a situação que originara a necessidade desse pagamento, e colá-lo na porta da garagem, deixá-lo como lembrança. Não o cheguei a fazer, embora a vontade fosse mais que enorme.
Não sinto orgulho do erro cometido e muito menos da minha incapacidade de manter o equilíbrio. Graças à ajuda do plano espiritual pude em todos os momentos estar consciente de todos os sentimentos, de todas as palavras que proferi, e quando finalmente readquiri a capacidade de os gerir pude meditar sobre eles. Aprendi que o sentimento de perda só é possível de ocorrer em nós quando acreditamos de que possuímos a propriedade de algo, esquecendo quem somos. Quando negamos aceitar que algo nos possa suceder.
Como Almas possuímos apenas o conhecimento do Ser que somos. O nosso corpo físico é apenas o veiculo de que necessitamos para podermos nos expressar neste mundo físico, como tal, um empréstimo que a matéria nos faculta para que nela, possamos materializar as obras e obter as aprendizagens de que necessitamos. Infelizmente deixamo-nos ofuscar pela ilusão de poder que a matéria nos pode facultar quando nela nos embrenhamos, esquecendo a nossa verdadeira essência. Deixamo-nos apegar a situações, pessoas e objectos, como se deles fossemos proprietários.
Quando nos encontramos apegados a algo, vivemos esse algo unicamente como foco da nossa atenção, e acabamos por descurar tudo o resto que nos rodeia, então por vezes, o plano espiritual têm de trabalhar a nosso desfavor para nos fazer ver o quanto distanciados caminhamos de nossa essência, e iludidos pela matéria limitamos nossa visão e compreensão, deixando-nos enredar nas teias de maya*

Há poucos dias atrás ao regressar de uma breve viagem, constatei que o “meu” carro havia sido roubado, alguém sentiu que detinha o direito de apossar-se dele e o levou do local onde o deixei. Desconheço se algum dia o irei reaver, ou sequer, se irá encontrar-se nas mesmas condições em que o deixei. Mas, neste momento, meses passados do sucedido no relato anterior, posso afirmar que aprendi de que o sentimento de perda não se pode apossar de nós quando não existe apego.
Uma perda apenas se pode tornar perda, se olhares para ela encarando-a como perda. Sem apego a dor não pode ser sentida. Simplesmente não existirá lugar para que se instale em nós. Somos nós que decidimos aquilo a que queremos dar espaço, e será bom que aprendamos rápido aquilo a que queremos dar espaço. O que queremos que se materialize e se expresse em nós.

Nós devemos deter o controlo sobre as situações e não o contrário, muito embora a maior parte das vezes sejam as situações que tomam controlo de nós, porque assim o permitimos ao apegarmo-nos às coisas, o que quer que sejam. Esquecemos que estamos aqui apenas por um breve período de tempo, e apenas enquanto aqui permanecemos necessitamos do conforto que a matéria nos pode proporcionar, e gratos dela devemos fazer uso sem nos apegarmos. Um dia partiremos, e connosco apenas levaremos as experiências imbuídas em nosso corpo de luz, nada mais.

We all somehow have been through a loss of some kind. The loss of a friend or family member to death. The loss of a job. The loss of an object left forgotten in somewhere, or that it is been stolen by someone in greed.
Losses in general bring pain, we feel deprived of what we lost. And bigger will be the pain, as bigger be the feeling of attachment towards that object, person or specific situation.
I remember one time when my car disappeared from the place where I parked, about three feet from the door of the building where I live, I needed to go to work and was just in time. My mind was divided into two areas of concern, the responsibility to be at work at time, with the impossibility of doing so, because of the inability to find "my" car.
I went to a cop that was on the street and visibly upset, I told him that could not find “my” car, promptly, he communicate by radio to the local police station and obtained the information that the car had been towed to there, due to be prevent access to a garage. My fault!
The house in question, which was before uninhabited had been sold, and I was not aware of it, as such, continued to park in front of the garage when could not find any other free place to do so, confident that my act would not cause any intent or disorder.
I arrived at the police station completely out of me, would have to pay the towing service and possibly a fee or fine for the offense. The cop tried to explain to me that the mistake was mine, and I knew it, but was so upset that allocate all the blame to the other was the only thing capable of doing. I do not feel proud of my fault, and less of my inability to maintain balance. I learned that the feeling of loss can only occur in us when we believe that we have ownership of something, forgetting who we are. When we deny to accept that something may happen.
As souls, we have only the knowledge of Being what we are. Our physical body is just the vehicle we need to be able to express ourselves in this physical world, as such, a loan that its provides by matter in which we can realize the works and get the learning we need. Unfortunately we let ourselves be blinded by the illusion of power that matter can provide us when we let us wallow in it, forgetting our true essence. When we are attached to something, we live that something as the only focus of our attention, and we end up forgetting everything else around us, so sometimes the spiritual plan have to work against us to make us see how far apart we are walking from our essence, and deluded by matter we limit our vision and understanding, leaving us entangled in the webs of maya *

Few days ago upon returning from a brief trip, I noticed that "my" car had been stolen, someone felt to have the right to seize it and take it out from where I left it. Do not know if some day I will get it back, or even, whether it will be in the same condition as when I left it. But, in this right moment, months after had happened that on the previous report, I can say I learned that the feeling of loss can not take possess of us when there is no attachment.
A loss can only become a lost, if you look at it viewing it as a loss. Without attachment the pain can not be felt. Simply there will be no place for them to install in us. Are we who decide to what we want to give space, and will be good to learn fast to what do we want to give space. What we want to materialize and be expressed in us.

We should detain the control over the situations and not the opposite, although most part of the times are the situations that take control on us, because in this way we allow when we become attached to the things, whatever they are. We forget that we are here only for a brief piece of time, and just while we stay here we need the comfort that the matter can offer us, and we should feel grateful to use it without create attachments. One day we will leave, and will take with us only the experiences embedded in our body of light, nothing else.

Estar apaixonado é uma das sensações mais fantásticas que este mundo nos permite obter. O querer estar com o outro, em todos os momentos, bem próximos, partilhando cada momento, cada sentimento e emoção.
Quando estamos apaixonados, as cores do mundo avivam-se e a vida se torna mais leve. O quão magnifico é chegar e ter aquela pessoa ali, à nossa espera, pronta a receber-nos de braços abertos e a revelar-nos o seu amor. A doar-nos o conforto de seu regaço, transmitindo-nos aquilo que mais ansiamos por encontrar neste mundo, e que nos faz saber, que não estamos sós. Algures alguém nos aguarda a chegada, com a mesma ansiedade que nós sentimos por chegar. E quando o encontro se dá, o tão ansiado encontro, quer se dê apenas a nível espiritual, físico ou ambos, os dois se apercebem como juntos se tornam num só, fundindo os seus seres de um modo perfeito, encaixando-se de tal forma, que a única certeza que lhes vêm à mente, é de que foram feitos um para o outro.

No amor, naquele que a Alma determinou encontrar, barreiras se desfazem por completo. Não existem ideais, distância ou diferença de idade, que o impeçam de se fazer sentir. É amor e pronto! Somos nós, unicamente, o impedimento para a perduração deste amor, porque dificilmente quando nos apaixonamos, conseguimos manter o nosso amor pelo outro afastado do apego. O amor não se pode medir por peso ou tamanho, não pode ser adquirido em troca de valores materiais, nem mesmo, pode ser fechado numa arca a sete chaves, para que não nos escape.
O amor precisa de se sentir livre, para que se possa expressar ao seu mais alto nível, pois tal como a Alma, não pode ser aprisionado. Se o aprisionamos, acabamos por o abafar, e permitimos que aconteça aquilo que mais queremos evitar, ele nos escapará...

O amor não se pode controlar, ou mesmo, escolher a quem amar. Quando o amor surge, mesmo que nós teimemos em não o querer, isto quando em nossa vida fomos assombrados por experiências negativas de relacionamentos anteriores, é porque de alguma forma estamos preparados para o receber, ou nossa Alma, desta forma nos facilita algo de que estamos necessitados. Seja isto em forma de emoção, sentimento ou aprendizado. Mas, o amor à nossa frente é colocado, inteiramente à nossa disposição, proporcionando-nos desde as mais maravilhosas vivências, ao aprendizado mais doloroso e difícil de digerir.

Mas, mesmo para aceitar algo tão sublime quanto o amor, é necessário estar receptivo e preparado para o deixar fluir. Assim, como necessário será, mantermo-nos constantemente atentos e em alerta, de modo a não deixarmos cair o amor na teia do apego. O apego, indubitavelmente irá querer aprisionar o amor, acabando por o abafar, retirando-lhe por completo o espaço de que ele necessita para movimentar-se e livremente fluir. Sem o espaço necessário, o amor acabará por sufocar, definhar e converter-se com o tempo num sentimento negativo.
No lugar do amor, sentimentos como a raiva, a frustração ou o ódio tomarão espaço, reclamando por tomar por seu, o lugar antes preenchido pelo sentimento do amor.

O amor quando encontrado, não deverá ser tomado como algo a possuir. Não podemos nos proclamar donos do amor que alguém nutre por nós, nem mesmo, quando o sentimento de amor é reciproco e partilhado ao mesmo nível.
Sentimentos como o ciúme, são um claro indicio de que nos estamos a apegar ao amor que o outro nos oferece. O ciúme, indica-nos que estamos a querer impor uma condição ao amor. E indica, que não confiamos o bastante na legitimidade desse amor. E porquê isto sucede? Esta é a pergunta que devemo-nos fazer, indagando a nós próprios.
Qual a razão ou razões que nos levam a questionar a legitimidade do amor? O que nos leva a desconfiar do amor da pessoa amada? E porque razão sentimos que o amor deve ser intransmissível e imutável, quando a própria vida se nos revela mutável em todos os momentos?

O amor é como qualquer outro sentimento, uma manifestação de energia, cujo principal aspecto é a sua sublimidade. E como qualquer outra energia, precisa do espaço adequado para fluir e ressoar. Precisa de encontrar receptividade e liberdade suficiente para se renovar e expressar livremente.

Apegar-se ao amor, será impor-lhe condicionamentos, e dar espaço para que o sofrimento tome o lugar da alegria, só possível de ser proporcionada quando é dado ao amor, espaço para fluir e adaptar-se às necessidades da Alma.
Estas, são as razões pelas quais quando nos abrimos ao amor, devemos ter em atenção que deixá-lo fluir livremente sem dar lugar ao apego, é não dar espaço ao ciúme ou à desconfiança de se instalarem, e é mantermos a receptividade à sua mutabilidade, aceitando a sua chegada ou a sua partida de igual forma.

Porque amar, não é apenas partilhar um leito, uma casa ou uma vida. É igualmente aceitar tudo aquilo que ele nos têm para dar nas suas duas vertentes, positiva e negativa. Pois estes dois aspectos, estão presentes em toda a nossa existência, e como tal, devemos aceitar que no amor não será diferente. Não podemos alcançar o equilíbrio quando apenas queremos aceitar a vertente positiva e rejeitar ou anular a vertente negativa, isto será dar prioridade a apenas uma vertente, deixando que o desequilibro se instale em nossa vida. E o desequilíbrio, independentemente da vertente que possa favorecer, só poderá proporcionar sofrimento e tristeza.
Para que o equilíbrio possa estar presente em nossas vidas, será necessário que aceitemos que ambas possam estar presentes, equilibrando-se entre si, estimando a receptividade e a aceitação, tanto de uma como de outra.

Precisamos aprender a amar com confiança plena no amor, e acreditar veemente de que este, é a condição maior, que faz com que a Alma necessite de manifestar-se neste mundo.
Amar, sem apegar a este, condições que suprimam a energia que lhe é inerente, e que o torna tão sublime e desejado por todos os seres, deste e de outros mundos.

Amar, implica aceitar o outro tal como é, e sermos amados, tal como somos. Incondicionalmente.

Quando encontramos este Amor, e permitimos que nosso Ser fique completamente imbuído de sua energia, sentimo-nos ser invadidos por uma felicidade completa. Nosso Ser apazigua-se, elevando-se a esferas nunca antes atingidas.
A energia do Amor a estas esferas nos transporta, quando a ele nos abrimos, doando tudo o que somos. Numa receptividade que se requer mútua. Só assim, podemos transpor-nos para níveis que julgávamos inexistentes, e nos deparamos com um cenário anteriormente apenas perceptido por nossa Alma, que nos fazia sentir um Amor que parecia impossível de reflectir-se neste mundo, quanto mais materializar-se...

Mas, é quando o identificas em alguém, que tal como tu, também se expressa neste mundo, com suas virtudes e imperfeições presentes, e apesar do que te condiciona, consegues olhar fundo em seu âmago e ver para além do aspecto físico que serve-lhe de invólucro. E vislumbras algo de uma grandeza que dificilmente esquecerás. Por mais anos que vivas, por mais Almas que ames, por mais tormentos que sofras, ou alegrias te sejam proporcionadas... Jamais a marca que se fixa em teu Ser, dele se removerá. Ficando como estigma em tua Alma cravado.

AMA, apenas e só por AMAR. Não restrinjas o teu amor impondo-lhe condicionamentos que dele não fazem parte.
Recebe-o sempre de braços abertos, e de braços abertos deixa-o partir.
Se o Amor que no outro Ser ressoa, é o mesmo que ressoa em teu Ser, certo será que se partir, de novo retornará, e mais forte permanecerá para além da vida.

To be in love is one of the most fantastic sensations that this world allow us to obtain. The desire to be with the other, in all moments, very close, sharing each moment, each feeling and emotion.
When we are in love, the colours of the world become brighten, and life becomes more flowing. How wonderful is to arrive and have that person there, waiting for us, ready to receives us with open arms and reveals us is love. To donate the comfort of is lap, telling us what more we look forward to find in this world, and make us know, that we are not alone. Somewhere someone is awaiting our arrival, with the same anxiety that we feel to arrive. And when the meeting happens, the so much desired meeting, be only in the spiritual level, physical or both, the two reallays how together become only one, merging their beings in a perfect way, matching in such a way, that the only certain that come to their mind, is that they have been made for each other.

In love, the one that the Soul establish to find, barriers crumble for complete. There is no ideals, distance our difference of age, preventing it being felt. Is love and that’s all! Are we only, the impediment for the lasting of this love, because hardly when we get in love, we are able to maintain our love for the other away from clings. Love can not be measured by weight or size, can not be acquired in exchange of materials values, not even, can be closed by seven keys in a chest, so it do not escape from us.
Love needs to feel free, so it can express in is most highest level, because as the Soul, it can not be caged. If we confined it, we will finish to suffocate it, and allow to happen what we most want to avoid, it will escape from us…

Love can not be controlled, or even, choose who to love. When love appears, even if we insist in not want it, this when in our lives we have been haunted by negative past experiences, is because somehow we are prepared to receive it, or our Soul, in this way facilitates something that we are in need. Be this in form of emotion, feeling or learning. But, love is put before us, fully available to us, giving us from the most wonderful experiences, to the most painful and difficult to digest learning.

But, even to accept something as sublime as love, is need to be receptive and prepared to let it flow. Thus, as will be necessary to keep us constantly aware and in alert, in a way to not let love fall down in the web of attachment. The attachment, undoubtedly will want to capture the love, finish to suffocate it, removing completely from it the space that it needs to move up and freely flow. Without the necessary space, love will finish to suffocate, languish and become over time in a negative feeling.
In place of love, feelings such as anger, frustration or hate will take space, declaring for them, the place before filled by the feeling of love.
Love when found, should not be taken as something to posses. We can not proclaim the owners of the love that someone nurtured for us, not even, when the feeling of love is mutual and shared at the same level.
Feelings such as jealousy, are a clear indication that we are getting addicted to the love that the other offer to us. The jealousy tell us that we are trying to impose a condition to love. And indicates that we do not trust enough in the legitimacy of that love. Why this happens? This is the question that we should do, inquiring ourselves about it.
What the reason or reasons that make us to question the legitimacy of love? What make us to doubt of the love of our love one? And because of what reason do we feel that love must be intransmissible and immutable, when life itself reveal us mutable in every moments?

Love is like any other feeling, a manifestation of energy, whose main feature is it sublimity. And like any other energy, it needs the appropriate space to flow and resonate. Needs to find receptivity and freedom enough to renew and express freely.

Cling to love, will be to impose constraints, and give space for the suffering take the place of joy, only possible to provide when is given to love, space to flow and adapt to the needs of the Soul.
These, are the reasons why when we open to love, should have in attention that letting it flow freely without giving place to attachments, is to not given space to jealousy or mistrust to install, and is to maintain the receptiveness to their mutability, accepting is arrival or departure, in the same way.

Because to love, its not only to share a bed, a house or a life. Its also accept what it has to give to us on both sides, positive and negative. Because this two aspects are present throughout our existence, and as such, we must accept that with love will not be different. We can not achieve the balance, when we only want to accept the positive side and dismiss or cancel the negative side, this will be to give priority to only one side, leaving it up the imbalance in our lives. And the imbalance, regardless of the side that can facilitate, can only provide pain and sadness.

We need to learn to love with total confidence in love, and believing strongly that this, is the highest condition that makes which the Soul needs to express in this world.

Love, means accepting the other as it is, and be loved, as we are. Unconditionally.

When we find this love and allow to our being to be fully imbued with is energy, we felt to be invaded by a complete happiness. Our being become calmed down, rising to levels never before reached.
The energy of love transport us to this areas, when to it we get open, donating everything that we are. In one receptivity that it is required to be mutual. Only then, we can transpose us to levels we thought not existent, and we can see a scenery only before perceived by our Soul, that make us feel a love that seemed impossible to be reflected in this world, and less to become materialise…

But, is when you identify it in someone, that like you, also express itself in this world, with its present qualities and imperfections, and despite of what bring you conditions, you can look deep into his/her essence and see beyond the physical aspect that serves to it of lodging. And you glimpse something of a magnitude that hardly you will forget. For more years that you live, for more Souls that you love, for more suffering torments, or joys be offered to you… Never more the mark that gets fixed in your being, from it will be removed. Staying like stigma undying into your Soul.

Love, only and just for loving. Do not restrict your love imposing constrictions that of it are not part.
Always receive it with open arms, and with open arms let it leave.
If the love that in the other Being resounds, is the same that resound in your Being, right will be if it leave, again will return, and stronger will remain beyond life.

Love all those who hates you.
And when intend against you, bless them.

CURA – O PROCESSO (Parte II) / CURE - The Process (Part II)

Se o Ser Humano soubesse o poder que contêm em si… mas o Ser Humano anda à séculos adormecido, vagueando pelo planeta sem querer se aventurar por áreas desconhecidas. Com medo do desconhecido, do que poderá encontrar para lá do que é palpável, para lá do que a sua visão humana poderá alcançar. E é apenas este medo que o impede de alcançar novas paragens, e de ver quem é na realidade. Serão estas novas paragens e saber quem é sem o medo que o trava, o único caminho capaz de lhe proporcionar o processo de cura. Mas a cura não virá sozinha, pois a cura não têm pernas para andar por ela mesma… não virá por processos milagrosos produzidos por nós aqui deste lado… nós nada produzimos sem vosso consentimento e participação. Tudo o que é feito deste lado, ou já foi consentido antes de tomarem a vossa vestimenta física, ou terá de ser consentido no presente momento.
Tal como o Mestre Jesus falou numa parábola: “ Pedi, e vos será dado!” e nós acrescentamos: Acreditai com verdadeira fé de que sois vós quem dita o vosso estado, tudo aquilo a que podeis aceder, e que apenas o merecimento poderá ser um factor favorável quando em casos karmicos vocês se deparam com obstáculos. A CADA PASSO QUE DEREM, FAÇAM POR MERECER O PASSO SEGUINTE.

Todos os obstáculos poderão ser transponíveis, e apenas a falta de fé e o nada fazerem para serem merecedores, fará com que permaneçam por tempo indefinido no meio de becos sem saída. Presos na estagnação.
E lembrem-se de que por vezes será necessário de que passem por estados de dor intensa em vosso corpo, pois este é o único modo de vos fazer parar, de vos fazer arranjar tempo disponível para reflectirem. Não passem o tempo a queixarem-se de vossa vida, daquilo que anseiam ter, isso apenas vos trará ansiedade, e esta a seu tempo acabará por se transformar em dor. Mas, lembrem-se de que estão vivos, e que devem aproveitar este tempo aqui na terra para trabalhar a vossa evolução, não apenas para conseguirem comprar uma casa num condomínio VIP ou um carro último modelo, pois isto será algo que poderá vir por acréscimo ou em simultâneo, mas nunca a razão de incentivo para trabalharem a vossa evolução. E por favor, não se sintam decepcionados se acaso a casa no condomínio VIP ou o carro último modelo não estiver nos planos que vossa Alma trouxe à terra. Pois a Alma nunca terá em vista o alcance de algo tão mundano ou trivial, mas sempre aquilo que vós mais necessitais e que a vossos olhos até poderá parecer banal, mas de extrema importância para que possam alcançar os objectivos que vos trouxeram a esta vida.
Vocês passam a vida a não perceber que são estas lutas entre o que a vossa Alma necessita e o que vosso ego quer que trás até vós a ansiedade, o stress, as pressões, e que por acumulação dará lugar à dor e à doença. Há doenças que vêm porque vós assim o decidistes que iria ser, mas e se vos dissermos que a grande maioria vêm apenas para vos lembrar de quem sóis…!? Sois vós que criais o ambiente propicio para que se instale em vosso corpo a grande maioria das doenças e dores que vos infligem o corpo físico. E porquê? Porque não tomais a devida atenção à vossa intuição. A voz da Alma que habita o corpo que possuís de momento e que vos fala na expectativa de que lhe presteis atenção.

Anteriormente também chamamos a vossa atenção para três palavras simples mas que contêm nelas um significado muito abrangente que facilitará a vossa evolução, funcionam um pouco como símbolos que quando decifrados proporcionam à vossa Alma um grande passo.

Liguem-se à Natureza, contemplem-na, ela a seu tempo vos lembrará o quanto dela fazeis parte. Lembrem-se de que todos os grandes Mestres que partiram em busca de si mesmos foi no interior da natureza que se embrenharam, e no interior do seio dela que se encontraram. Não pensem que é a solidão que trás o encontro, a solidão entre iguais poderá ser um facilitador no modo em que actua, pois estando sozinhos não dispersarão vossa atenção.
No meio da natureza existem muitos seres vivos dos quais podem ter a percepção se usarem os vossos sentidos, muitos deles ocultos e dos quais não poderão dar conta de suas presenças apenas com vossos sentidos físicos. Mas, eles lá estão e mesmo ocultos vos orientam, se vocês conseguirem alcançar o estágio necessário a alcançar esta percepção.
Mas para alcançar isto não precisam de se deslocar a uma floresta fisicamente, basta que tragam a sua essência até vós. Nós não podemos ensiná-los a fazer isto, apenas os podemos orientar, indicando-vos o que podereis fazer, mas os passos terão de ser vocês a dá-los por vossos meios. Tal como vos indicamos anteriormente, façam uso da respiração, não respirem por respirar, mas respirem com consciência plena do processo de respirar.

Recordem-se de quem vocês são na realidade, vocês são uma Alma! É esta a essência do que trás vida a esse corpo que assumis como vosso, mas vocês apenas são detentores da Alma que é vossa verdadeira identidade, sabeis bem que o corpo é feito de matéria e na matéria permanecerá ao contrário do espirito.

Reaprendam a AMAR. Amem quem vocês são na totalidade! Amem vosso corpo físico, pois é através dele que vocês se podem expressar neste mundo. Amem vossa Alma!
A verdadeira Natureza da Alma é Amar. A natureza da Alma é a pureza, e ser capaz de amar a tudo e todos é o mais elevado sentido que trás a Alma a este mundo. Vós sois os arquitectos de vossa vida, os construtores daquilo que vos rodeia, os gestores das emoções que vos controlam. Não podeis nunca encarregar outros de fazer por vós os serviços que só por vós terão de ser desempenhados. Podeis pedir orientação a outros que vão um passo à frente. Podeis tê-los como modelos exemplificativos daquilo que necessitam alcançar. Mas, nunca tomar os passos ou a identidade dos outros como vossa!
Cada Alma é única e trás necessidades exclusivas. Podeis juntar-vos a outros e com eles dar os passos necessários, mas eles apenas estarão a caminhar a vosso lado. Embora deste modo o processo possa ser facilitado com apoio e incentivo, nunca substituirá a necessidade de possuírem em vós a força necessária para permanecer no caminho certo.

É um dado adquirido para muitos dos que entram no caminho do auto conhecimento, de que durante longo percurso a solidão será a vossa única companhia, portanto é fundamental que aprendam a amar-se para que possam sentir-se em boa companhia, pois quem se ama jamais se sente só. Muitos de vós tiveram mesmo a companhia de outros em parte do caminho percorrido, e mesmo assim não deixarem de se sentir sós…

O caminho do auto conhecimento é o único e verdadeiro caminho para alcançar a cura. Mas, para lá chegarem necessitam de fazer uso do vosso maior poder. AMAR! Porque a NATUREZA da ALMA é AMAR, e se a Alma não consegue Amar, então é porque se encontra doente e precisa de se curar.

O processo de cura inicia-se com o reconhecimento de quem são, fortalece-se quando se sentem integrados e unos com a Natureza e expande-se quando se Amam total e incondicionalmente!

Many of you even had the company of others in part of the covered road, and still not cease to feel alone...

The path of self knowledge is the only and real way to achieve healing. But to get there you need to use your highest power. LOVE! Because the NATURE of the SOUL is to LOVE, and if the Soul can not love, then it is because Soul is sick and needs to be heal.

The process of healing begins with the recognition of who you are, gets stronger when you feel integrated and in union with Nature, and it expands when you love fully and unconditionally!

CURA – O PROCESSO (Parte I) / CURE - The Process (Part I)

Ao longo dos séculos podemos assistir a um aumento atroz dos males que avassalam o corpo físico humano, a par com a destruição que se instala no planeta terra. Ambos caminham a par e passo há longo tempo...
O consumismo que se instalou na vossa cultura... uma forma que adoptaram para colmatar as vossas necessidades. Este por sua vez trouxe o excesso, a rapidez da produção sem cuidar os meios, seguindo-se da poluição do planeta e dos vossos corpos em simultâneo... Mas, sentirão vocês que vossas necessidades foram supridas...? Não, de todo! Pelo contrário o vazio se apoderou na totalidade de vosso coração e simplesmente esqueceram quem vocês são! Esqueceram as tradições... esqueceram o conhecimento dos vossos ancestrais, importantíssimos legados que deixaram perder-se em esquecimento! Esqueceram valores... esqueceram-se de olhar a NATUREZA... esquecerem-se de que são uma ALMA... esqueceram-se de se AMAR!
Tudo se voltou para o exterior, deixando à deriva o interior... Que nem barco abandonado em alto mar, à deriva... sendo consumido, pedacinho a pedacinho pelas intempéries... até mais não ser, senão um casco apodrecido, ferrugento... desmantelado em pedaços desgastados pelo tempo.
O tempo...!
Factor importantíssimo que vocês deixam passar em vão, deitando a perder oportunidades preciosas... Vocês correm de um lado para o outro, sempre queixando-se de que não têm tempo para nada... o tempo não vos chega... não é suficiente para tantas tarefas a que se dispõem... e se esgotam em cansaço... e o tempo continua a passar e vocês... bem, vocês continuam a procurar onde jamais encontrarão o que vosso coração necessita.
PAREM!
Parem tudo!
Esqueçam o tempo!
Deixem de impor limites!
Vocês estão a consumir-se. A desgastar-se! Porque simplesmente não se dão a oportunidade de parar apenas por um instante e simplesmente respirar fundo! Por essa razão a doença chega e se instala em vosso corpo físico! Vocês abafam vossa Alma. Tentam escondê-la mesmo quando ela vos tenta falar ao ouvido, numa tentativa infrutífera de vos chamar à razão...
Então a Alma em vosso interior definha... sufocando...
Sua luz atenua-se à medida que lhe retiram o ar que a alimenta... a energia que a suporta e lhe dá o brilho que a caracteriza... e quando está próximo de se apagar... agarra-se à derradeira tentativa de sobreviver, dando espaço à doença de se instalar....
Então, quando a doença se instala, vocês são obrigados a parar! A sensação é frustrante... assustadora! Em pânico, vocês lembram-se dos pedaços desmantelados que deixaram ao abandono, e desesperados tentam encaixar os pedaços uns nos outros, não reparando ser tarefa impossível, encaixar pedaços cujas formas estão desgastadas... O desgaste deixa notar buracos vazios onde outrora existiu preenchimento...
Então, vocês tentam consertar o casco do vosso navio, com remédios. E se estes não actuam, procuram novos remédios... continuando a esquecer, a ignorar o que na realidade trouxe até vós a doença que vos atormenta a mente e se apodera de vosso corpo físico.
Não deixem de tomar vossos remédios, se directamente para vossa doença eles foram subscritos. Mas, ofereçam a vós mesmos a oportunidade de prestar atenção ao modo como respiram. Alguma vez vocês se lembram de conscientemente tomar atenção ao processo de simplesmente sentirem-se a dragar para o interior de vosso organismo uma golfada de ar, sustê-la por breves segundos e depois lentamente soltar o ar, sempre conscientes de todo este processo???
Bem, talvez tenha chegado a hora de o fazerem!

Well, you continue to look where never will find what your heart needs.
STOP!
Stop everything!
Forget the time!
Cease to impose limits!
You are consuming yourselves. To worn out yourselves! Why not just give the opportunity to just stop for a moment and simply breath deep! For this reason the disease arrives and gets installed in your physical body! You strangle your Soul. Try to hide it even when it try to talk to your ear, in an unsuccessful attempt to draw you to the main reason...
So the Soul in your inner fade... suffocating...
Its light is attenuated as you remove the air that feeds it... the energy that supports it and gives the brightness that it characterizes... and when it is next to extinguish... Grasped in to the ultimate attempt to survive, giving space to install the disease....
So, when the disease is installed, you are obliged to stop! The feeling is frustrating... scaring! In panic, you remember the dismantled pieces that left abandoned, and desperate attempt to fit the pieces in one to another, not repairing be impossible task, to fit pieces whose shapes are consumed... The worn leaves out empty holes where once there filling...
So you try to repair the hull of your ship with medicine. And if they do not act, seek for new medicines... continuing to forget, to ignore what actually brought to you the illness that is tormenting your mind and takes possession of your physical body.
Do not stop taking your medicines, if to your illness they were directly given. But give yourself the opportunity to pay attention to how you breathe. Nunca cultives o pensamento de seres incapaz de voltar a amar.
Mesmo que outrora já tenhas amado alguém tanto, que aches que nenhum outro amor será capaz de superar esse.
A mágoa de um amor não assumido, mas sentido de plena Alma, levar-te-á a não aceitar menos do que aquilo que agora sabes ser possível sentir, e mesmo até, a fechar-te para o Amor, quando constatas, vez apôs outra, o quanto difícil é igualar o sentimento e as experiências a nível espiritual, do verdadeiro amor de Alma. Aquele a que comummente chamas de Alma Gémea.
Para muitos, basta-lhes procurar o prazer de um corpo, para logo esquecerem outro, mas estes, nunca verdadeiramente em suas vidas, compreenderam as sensações que o verdadeiro Amor trás com ele. E estas decerto nunca são primeiramente físicas, mas sim, irão para além dos sentidos que vos são facultados pelo corpo físico, e para além do que um ser humano com consciência pouco desenvolvida, ou limitada pela necessidade dos prazeres físicos, poderá alguma vez compreender.
Poder encontrar, identificar e compreender, para depois ter de abrir mão, é uma prova de fogo dada por tua Alma. Quanta força interior, coragem e poder de abnegação é necessária, para que o doloroso passo de seguir em frente seja dado, sem renunciar à vida… A queda é inevitável, mas erguer-te-ás ainda mais forte, se permitires que a fé e a esperança te ajudem a recompor, acreditando que o amanhã te poderá prover com algo tão grandioso ou mais, do que aquele a que te sentis-te obrigada a abrir mão, porque assim o teu caminho to obrigava.
Porque todo o espaço deixado vazio, cedo ou tarde acaba por ser ocupado. Vocês só precisam de saber, aquilo que antes já vos foi passado, e conveniente será que nunca o esqueçam: O Universo apenas vos poderá oferecer, aquilo que vocês estiverem dispostos a receber. E nem queiram saber o quanto vocês deitam a perder, quando simplesmente acreditam não serem merecedores de mais do que aquilo que já detêm. Sejam humildes, mas mantenham-se receptivos!
Para encontrar o que precisam de encontrar, esqueçam a vossa visão física, ela não poderá identificar o que é vosso por merecimento, apenas a vossa visão espiritual vos poderá facultar essa identificação, e para se capacitarem a ter tal poder, precisam cultivar e empreender verdadeiros esforços para desenvolverem o vosso crescimento interior.
Quanto “vasos” vocês não encontram, cuja beleza exterior vos deixa enfeitiçados para logo apôs, vos fazerem lidar com o contraste inverso do seu conteúdo interior…? E a verdade, é que vocês só poderão encontrar nos outros, aquilo que vocês mais cultivam em vós próprios!
Perante a dúvida, simplesmente fechem os vossos olhos e permitam-se sentir…sintam o que vossa Alma vos faz perceber, pois a verdade proveniente de vossa Alma despertará todos os sentidos do vosso corpo. Aqui, não mais podereis duvidar!
Tudo conspira a vosso favor quando decidem caminhar no caminho que vos pertence, porque neste, uma vez que é vosso por direito, tudo fluirá!
