Quando foi que deixou-se engolir pela ilusão?

Esquecendo suas raízes, seu verdadeiro Lar?
Deixou de olhar as Estrelas, esqueceu como decifrar os Sinais.

Homem e Mulher Lembra-te, Tu És Um Deus!
Um Ser das Estrelas que simplesmente esqueceu sua origem, e consequentemente perdeu o seu poder.
É chegada a hora de recuperares tudo o que já foi teu. Basta de vaguear no vazio da ilusão.
De cair a perseguir o que não levar-te-á de volta ao Lar.
As riquezas deste mundo transformam-te num vagabundo, triste e solitário.
Escarneces desta ideia, achando que em nada te comparas a esses, a quem muitas vezes fingis não ver!?
Pensa! Eles podem não ter o que tu achas ter, e que faz-te sentir superior a eles. Mas, vê bem. Eles têm o Céu!!!

O mesmo Céu do qual tu abdicaste quando te deixas-te corromper pela ganância de ser e possuir mais do que os outros. De deter o controle. E acabaste sendo tu o controlado pela ilusão... Vagueando errante pelos caminhos impostos pela mesma ilusão que escolhestes abraçar.

Onde estás? Que é feito de ti? Julgas-te filho do homem e que o mundo te pertence? Pensa outra vez! Tu és mais do que vês, apenas escolheste ver uma pequena percentagem do que És. E fizeste isto por tanto tempo, que acabaste por esquecer-te por completo.

É hora de recordar de que apenas o Amor te trará de volta a quem És. Apenas o Amor permitir-te-á reconhecer a Verdade em Ti. EU nunca abdiquei de ti. E por ti tenho esperado por todo este tempo. Aguardando o dia em que te permitisses a olhar as Estrelas e visses minha mão estendida em tua direcção.

EU sempre soube que somente irias ver-me, quando permitisses que lágrimas de compaixão e perdão fossem derramadas do teu coração. Ainda assim, nunca desisti de Ti.

Aqui estou! E por aqui ficarei, aguardando que o Amor volte a vibrar em ti e dissolva um pouco da névoa que impede-te de ver-me. SOMOS UM MEU FILHO!
Somente o Amor detêm o poder de voltar a unificar-nos como Um.
E somente Tu, podes escolher regressar para mim, ou permanecer ofuscado pela ilusão.

Só tens que Olhar as Estrelas e permitir que elas possam guiar-te pelo caminho do Amor que te trará de volta a mim. Filho, a escolha é tua.
Nada mais posso garantir-te, para além de que se for esta a tua escolha, quando deixares que o Perdão e a Compaixão lavem os teus olhos, a minha mão estará estendida em tua direcção, somente aguardando que a segures com muito Amor.

Quando fores capaz de sentir o Amor que te rodeia, capaz de compreender que este Amor nada mais é, senão o Amor que sinto por ti, então, saberás que estás pronto a segurar a minha mão e retornar a casa. Nessa altura, ambos vibraremos Amor por entre as Estrelas e juntos estenderemos as nossas mãos na direcção de outros que estejam prontos a olhar para as Estrelas, recordarem-se de que são Amor e a regressar a Casa.

Mocking of this idea, thinking that you can not compare at all to those, who you often pretended not to see!?
Think better! They not posses what you think you posses, and this can make you feel superior to them. But, you see. They have the Sky!!!
The same sky of which you relinquished when you let yourself to become corrupted by greed to be and have more than others. To detain the control. And you ends up being controlled by the illusion... Wandering by paths imposed by the same illusion that you have chosen to embrace.

Where are you? What has become of you? Do you think you are son of the man and that the world belongs to you? Think again! You are so much more than what you can see, only you choosed to see just a small percentage of what You Are. And you done this for so long, that you finished for forget completely.

It is time to remember that only the Love will bring you back to who You Are. Only Love will allow you to recognize the Truth in You. I never ever abdicated of you. And of you, I've been waiting all this time. Waiting for the day that you would allow yourself to look at Stars and see my hand extended in your direction.

I always knew you could only see me, by allowing to yourself that tears of compassion and forgiveness were spilled from your heart. Still, I never gave up of you.

Here I am! And I'll be here, waiting to see the love vibrate once again within you, and dissolving some of the fog that prevents you from seeing me. MY SON, WE ARE ONE!
Solely the Love have the power to return to unify us as ONE.
And it is only you, who can choose to return to me, or remain blinded by the illusion.

You just have to look at the stars and to allow them to guide you along the path of Love that will bring you back to me. Son, the choice is yours.
There's nothing that I can assure you, beyond that, if this become your choice, when you allows to forgiveness and compassion that wash your eyes, my hand will be there extended in your direction, only waiting that you hold it with much Love.

When you become able to feel the love that surrounds you, capable of understanding that this love, is nothing but, that the love I feel for you, then, you will know that you are ready to hold my hand and to return home. Will be this then the time, in which we both together, will do more strongly the Love vibrate among the Stars. Together we will extend our hands towards others who are ready to look at the Stars, remembering themselves that they are Love and they are returning Home.

Sinto a brisa tocar em meu rosto, passando suavemente por mim.
Sinto os raios de sol darem vida e cor à minha tez.
E quando gotas de chuva caem vindas das nuvens do céu, dou por mim a sentir...
Adoro sentir. Algo que só podemos verdadeiramente fazer quando nos sentimos vivos.
E viver é morrer!
Tens de morrer para sentires-te vivo.
Ver, sentir e ouvir o que de mais belo existe...
Ser sem existir. Ouvir sem falar ou calar. E ver sentindo e ouvindo...
Tamanha é a benção quando aprendes a ver, ouvir e sentir a beleza de tudo o que te rodeia, sabendo que nada mais é, do que a beleza da Alma que expressas para o mundo.
Tive de deixar de ver para aprender a ouvir.
Deixar de ouvir para aprender a ver. Simplesmente sentir...
Tive de morrer para a vida que conhecia, para que uma nova vida pudesse expressar-se.
Cada dia trás algo novo, sem perder o que já conhecia, apenas acrescentar...
Sentir, ver e ouvir de uma nova perspectiva, com o olhar embargado de tamanha comoção...
Para onde quer que olhe, para onde quer que me volte, somente beleza o meu olhar alcança...
Quero fechar os olhos, somente para poder sentir, mas eles não se fecham porque também quero ver...
Porque razão escondi tamanha beleza fora do alcance do meu olhar...?
Porque razão neguei-me a ouvir maravilhosa melodia em meu interior ecoar...?
Não quis sentir, para assim não ver, pois sem ver, jamais poderia sentir...
Agora eu sinto e vejo. Ouço e canto a melodia que minha Alma faz vibrar por todo o meu Ser e me rendo perante... A Beleza da Alma!

ESTADO DE ENTORPECIMENTO / STATE OF NUMBNESS

Em certas alturas da vida nos vimos presos em um estado que nos prende as acções, a vontade de criar. Sabemos que estamos vivos mas ao mesmo tempo é como se estivéssemos alheados da vida, e de facto estamos!
Quando inconscientemente tentamos fugir da dor, um estado de entorpecimento nos envolve e domina. Sabemos o que gostamos de fazer, e até queremos empreender-nos em acções que nos são gratificantes, mas uma incapacidade de passar à acção o nosso querer, impede-nos de criar. Continuamos a dar o nosso poder aos outros, e quando eles partem, com eles levam o fôlego que nos anima, o que nos dá vida...
Tentamos enganar os outros dizendo que está tudo bem, que a perda foi superada. Mas a quem é que verdadeiramente enganamos, senão a nós mesmos. Caminhamos com a dor ao nosso colo, damos-lhe guarida em nosso peito. Algumas vezes, aqueles de nós, que se deixam levar mais facilmente pelo desespero, tentam drasticamente ocupar o lugar que ficou vazio, e o resultado... simplesmente drástico.
Porque quando teimamos em somente olhar para fora de nós, a Fonte de tudo o que É, encarrega-se de nos trazer aqueles que melhor nos servirão de espelhos, e que nos reflectirão o que se passa em nosso interior.

O estado de entorpecimento, surge quando teimamos em olhar a dor apenas de relance, sem querer realmente fintá-la, olhando-a nos olhos, porquê isso? Porque olhar a dor, implica sentir a dor. E quem quer sentir a dor? Ninguém. Porque olhar a dor implica sentir o sofrimento que ela trás em sua companhia. Então alhearmo-nos dela torna-se mais fácil. Dizemos nós. Mas a quem estamos nós a enganar senão a nós próprios?
A dor quando vibrante dentro de nós, fica explicita em tudo o que fazemos. Estado de inércia identifica dor a dominar-nos. Ausência de criatividade dita o mesmo. E mesmo que consigamos criar algo, fica explicitamente patente no que for criado... Porque não será nada mais do que algo tirado a ferro e fogo de dentro de nós. Só que este fogo, é um fogo que consome ao invés de avivar. Criamos uma luta em nosso interior, tentando atingir o nosso âmago sem passar pelo meio da dor, tentamos rodea-la, mas a sua presença é dominante e não se permite a deixar passar sem ser ouvida de algum modo. Então, nossa Alma nos coloca num estado de entorpecimento, esperando pacientemente que nos apercebamos do que se passa connosco. Esperando que nos possamos dar conta do quanto desperdiçamos o que temos de mais precioso. A Vida.
A VIDA que deriva do Fogo interno que gera a LUZ que aviva o fôlego.
Qual a razão de só conseguirmos sentir-nos vivos quando temos alguém que nos segreda ao ouvido: AMO-TE? Qual a razão de só conseguirmos sentir esse fogo ardente que nos dá animo e aviva a vontade de agarrar a vida com todo o fervor, por vezes um fervor inerente a uma juventude que julgávamos à muito perdida? Porque razão nos impedimos de sentir a vida pulsar dentro de nós, quando tudo o que se passa ao nosso redor parece ser desprovido de sentido? Não seremos merecedores de carregar esse fogo ardente em nós, mesmo que não tenhamos com quem partilhar? Porque teimamos em desperdiçar o que temos de mais precioso, e que a fonte de todas as coisas nos tenta demonstrar em sincronias, às quais tantas vezes nos encontramos cegos? Será o estado de cegueira mais interessante que o de visão? O será, sem dúvida, para o ego. Porque enquanto não confrontamos a dor com toda a intensidade de que formos capazes, permaneceremos sob o controlo do ego, que tudo faz para impedir-nos de sermos livre de suas artimanhas. E nesse entretanto, o que sucede? Deixamos simplesmente a vida passar-nos ao lado, como sendo apenas algo sem valor. Deixamos o fogo que nos anima extinguir-se, até que um dia, o fôlego nos queira abandonar... Como podemos tão facilmente desperdiçar aquilo que nos deveria de ser mais caro...?
Como conseguimos tão facilmente abrir mão daquilo que supostamente é o nosso bem mais valioso...?

Viver implica sentir tudo aquilo a que nos permitimos sentir, e a partir do momento em que nos negamos a sentir algo, seja o que for, estamos a privar-nos de viver. Passando a enredar-nos numa teia de negação... até que um dia, caímos nesse estado de entorpecimento, em que a Alma nos coloca esperançosa de nos agitar e desse modo acordar-nos para a vida. A Vida Plena que por tantas vezes nos negamos a viver.

Confronta a dor. Vive a dor com toda a sua intensidade. Chora. Grita. Revolta-te. Mas, vive-a e LIBERTA-TE!

A Alma é eterna. É o fogo vivificante que nos dá vida. O Fôlego... Mas, esta Vida... Esta Vida É Única. Não se repetirá!

Este fôlego é somente teu. Por quanto tempo mais, irás continuar a desperdiça-lo?
A tua vida, por mais insignificante que pareça-te ser, É DIGNA DE SER VIVIDA.

At certain times of life we find ourselves trapped in a state that detains the actions, the desire to create. We know we are alive but at the same time feels like we are alienated from life, and indeed we are!
When unconsciously we try to escape from the pain, a state of numbness involves us and dominates. We know what we like to do, and we want to engage ourselves in activities that are rewarding to us, but an inability to get on with our will, prevents us from creating. We continue to give our power to others, and when they depart, they take with them the breath that animates us, what gives us life...
We tried to deceive others by saying it's okay, that loss has been overcome. But truly, whom are we trying to deceive, if not ourselves. We walk with the pain in our lap, we give to it a place in our chest. Sometimes those of us who gets carried away more easily by despair, try so drastically, occupy the empty place, and the result... simply dramatic.
Because when we insist on only looking out from us, the Source of all that Is, takes charge of bringing those who better serve us of mirrors, and they will reflect to us what is happening within us.
The state of numbness, arises when we insist to look at the pain only at a glance, without really wanting to face it, looking directly into her eyes, why that?
Cause to look at the pain, involves to feel the pain. And, who wants to feel the pain? Nobody. Cause to look at it, involves feeling the pain and the suffering that it brings in its company. So alienating us from it, makes to become easier. We say. But, whom we are trying to deceive, if not ourselves?
Pain when vibrating within us, it is demonstrated in everything we do. A inert state identifies the pain that is overwhelming. Lack of creativity dictates it as well. And even if we can create something, it stays explicitly clear, on what is created... Because, is nothing more than something removed from within us by iron and fire. But this fire is a fire that consumes rather than enliven. We created a struggle within us, trying to reach our core without passing through the midst of pain, we try to going around it, but its presence is dominant and it not allows us to pass through without being heard in some way.
When our soul puts us in a state of numbness, waiting patiently until we realize what is happening with us. Hoping that we be able to realize how much we waste our most precious gift. LIFE.
LIFE which derives from the inner fire that generates the Light that activates the breath.
Which the reason for, to only feel alive, when we have someone who whispers in our ear: I LOVE YOU? Which the reason for, of only feel this burning fire that gives us courage and revives the desire to grab life with all the earnestness, often associated with a youth which we thought already to be long lost? Why are we stopping ourselves from feel the life pulsing within us, when all that is happening around us seems to be devoid of meaning? Will it be, that we are not worthy to carry that burning fire within us, even if we have no one to share it with? Why are we insisting on wasting what we hold of most precious, and that the source of all things try to demonstrate to us in synchronicities, to which so often we are blind? Is the state of blindness more interesting than the state of vision? It will be, with no doubt, for the ego. Because, until confront the pain with all the intensity that we be able to manage, we will be remaining under the control of the ego, who does everything to prevent us from being free of his tricks. And in the meantime, what happens? We let life pass us along, just as something without worthless. We let the fire that animates us to become extinct, until one day, it leave us breathless ... How can we so easily miss what should be more valuable to us...?
How can we so easily open hands of what is supposedly our most valuable good...?

Living implies feel everything that we allow ourselves to feel, and from the moment that we refuse to feel something, whatever it is, we are depriving ourselves of living. Passing at entrap us in a web of denial... until one day, we fall into that state of numbness, where the Soul puts us, hopeful for shaking us and thereby awaken us to life. The Full Life, that for so many times, we deny ourselves to live.

Confronts pain. Feel the pain with all its intensity. Cry. Scream. Uprising thee. But, live it in full depths, and free yourself!

The Soul is eternal. It is the fire that gives us life-giving. The Breath... But this Life... This Life Is Unique. Will not be repeated!

This breath its only yours. How much longer, you'll continue to waste it?
Your life, however insignificant which may seem for you, IS WORTH LIVING.

DERRUBANDO AS BARREIRAS DA ILUSÃO / BREAKING DOWN THE BARRIERS OF THE ILLUSION

Quanto mais adentras na verdade, mais dissolves a ilusão.

A verdade detêm em si o poder de dissolver o véu da ilusão. A ilusão, é aquilo que o teu ego cria para manter o controlo sobre ti, a par com os aspectos negativos da tua personalidade, com os quais o ego, fazendo uso deles, mantêm o domínio sobre ti, mantendo-te à parte da tua divindade. Por essa razão, manter a atenção constante e consciente de tudo o que pensamos e sentimos, de tudo o que nos move e rodeia é muito importante. Precisamos estar cientes do que nos faz mover ou trava, independente do que seja, e ter humildade suficiente para admitir a nós próprios onde nos encontramos.

Precisamos ver além daquilo com que nos deparamos, e para isso, será necessário querer olhar bem fundo, para dentro de teu âmago, para assim conheceres-te ao ponto de saberes quem És e entenderes a razão de estares onde te encontras.

Aspectos da personalidade, tais como, o orgulho, a teimosia ou a vaidade, quando exacerbados, criam ligações que fortalecem a expressão do ego, dando-lhe forças que permitem-lhe gerar um controlo sobre ti, igualmente servem de brecha de entrada, permitindo o acesso a todo o tipo de negatividade que tentará influenciar as tuas acções e decisões.
Faz um esforço por conheceres-te bem, ao ponto de saberes se quando ages e decides algo, é de ti que advém essa vontade e não de uma força negativa que tenta usurpar a tua identidade, fazendo uso dos aspectos frágeis existentes em ti.
O pior desta situação, é que raramente detemos capacidade de visão suficientemente consciente para compreender o quanto estas manifestações da personalidade, nos impedem de as identificarmos, quando a sua actuação serve o propósito de camuflar o principal propulsor, o ego, que para desviar a atenção da sua existência, tudo faz para as intensificar, e para manter-nos em completa ignorância.
Mas, uma vez descoberto, é possível desarmar o seu poder actuante. Desvendando a origem por detrás de cada pensamento obstinado, encontraremos a sua fonte de criação no ego. Todo o tipo de apego, desejo, até mesmo à dor e ao sofrimento, encontra no ego, o seu mantenedor. E muitas vezes, mesmo depois de descoberto, ele tentará retomar o seu poder de controlo sobre nós, tudo tentando incessantemente.
Será necessário muito esforço de nossa parte para nos mantermos em constante alerta às investidas do ego, que tudo fará para manter-se no comando de nossas vidas.
Conhecendo a nossa real natureza, conhecendo os nossos defeitos sem os querer negar, e evitando alimentar o desejo de querer ostentar ser quem não somos, poderemos melhor identificar a acção do ego. E se quisermos conhecer-nos bem, antes de tudo o mais, deveremos começar a olhar aqueles que nos rodeiam tomando especial atenção a cada aspecto deles que nos chama a atenção, com noção de que esses aspectos, fazem parte da nossa personalidade mesmo que acreditemos na sua inexistência em nós.
Nunca é demais ressaltar o quanto os que vêm a nosso caminho tão bem espelham quem nós somos. Os semelhantes atraem-se. Sejamos humildes o suficiente para admitir de que os defeitos nos outros que tanto nos irritam, existem em nós. Eles apenas actuam como espelhos que reflectem para nós os aspectos que necessitamos dar-nos conta para que possamos aperfeiçoar-nos. E não basta saber de sua existência, será necessário querer melhorar, e para melhorar irá ser necessária muita força de vontade, coragem e paciência. Lembremo-nos de que já percorremos várias vidas e continuamos a perdurar nesta senda que demanda atenção consciente e constante. E que tipo de atitude nos faz perdurar na mesma situação sem qualquer sinal de evolução? Como mudar algo cuja fonte provém de nós mesmos e não do exterior como sempre acreditamos? Virtudes e defeitos não devem guerrear numa luta de forças, numa tentativa de subjugar uma ou outra, este tipo de atitude jamais sairá vitoriosa quando nem sequer detemos consciência da maior parte dos aspectos da personalidade que nos compõe. Como sair vitorioso numa luta na qual nem conseguimos ver o terreno onde pisamos?

“ Aprendam a amar-se e a aceitarem-se como são.
Identifiquem todos os aspectos que compõem vossa personalidade e consciencializem-se de que todos juntos são parte integrante e inerente de quem vocês são.
Numa luta para medir forças impõe-se sempre a subjugação, e onde existir subjugação jamais existirá equilíbrio. A noite e o dia não imperam pela força, mas apenas pela aceitação e pelo respeito mútuo. Não se aniquilam, completam-se. Ao completarem-se, geram o equilíbrio tão necessário à vida na terra. Da mesma forma, tendes de actuar perante aquilo que achais ser vossas virtudes e defeitos. Não menosprezem os vossos defeitos ou vangloriem-se pelas vossas virtudes. Nenhuma dessas atitudes vos tornarão imunes aos ataques do ego, que fará por usar a seu favor qualquer uma delas. Ao invés, façam por perdoar vossos defeitos, tanto quanto amam vossas virtudes, e obterão o tão almejado equilíbrio que há tantos séculos perseguem sem conseguir alcançar.
Se quiserem obter uma formula, saibam que não existem receitas miraculosas, apenas a colocação em uso da compreensão correcta e equilibrada perante cada uma das seguintes palavras: Aceitação, Perdão, Amor e Persistência em tudo o que sois e em tudo em que acreditais, temperado com um pouco de fé em saber que nada acontece ao acaso, assim como algo jamais se perde.
Quanto mais adentrarem na compreensão do verdadeiro significado de cada uma destas palavras, mais dissolverão a ilusão do que vos rodeia.

Permaneçam conscientes, permaneçam atentos, constantemente. ”

The illusion is what that your ego creates to maintain control over you, along with the negative aspects of your personality, with which the ego, making use of them, holds the control over you, keeping you apart from your divinity . For this reason, keeping constant attention and the awareness of everything we think and feel, to everything what makes us to move and of what surrounds us is very important. We must be aware of what makes us to move or prevents us to proceed, regardless of what is, and having humbleness enough to admit to ourselves where we are.

We need to see beyond of what is in front of us, and for that, you need to want to look deep, into your heart, to in this way, be able to knowledge of who are you and understand why are you where you are.

Aspects of personality, such as pride, stubbornness or vanity, when in exacerbated form, creates links that strengthen the expression of the ego, giving to it the strength that allows to generate a control on you, also serves as input rift, allowing the access to all kinds of negativity that tries to influence your actions and decisions.
Do an effort to know yourself well, to the point of knowledge if when you act and decide something is from you that comes this desire and not from a negative force that tries to usurp your identity by using of the existing weak points in you.

But, once discovered, it is possible to disarm its power of action. Unraveling the origin behind each stubbornness, we will find their source of creation in the ego. All kind of attachment, desire, even to feel pain and suffering, is the ego, its maintainer. And often, even when discovered, he tries to retake its control over us, trying all sort of things incessantly.
It will be necessary much effort from us to keep us constantly alert to the investees of the ego, that will do everything to remain in the control of our lives.
Knowing well our true nature, knowing well our faults without wanting to deny them, and avoiding the desire to want to be who we are not, we can better identify the action of the ego. And if we want to know ourselves well, before all else, we should start looking at those around us taking special attention to every aspect of them that gets our attention, with the notion that these aspects are part of our personality even that we believe in its nonexistence in us.
It is never too much to emphasize how much those persons that comes in our way so well are reflecting to us who we are.
Like attracts like. Let us be humble enough to admit that the faults in others that so much irritate us, exist in us. They just act as mirrors that reflect for us the aspects we need to take attention so we can improve ourselves. And not just to knowing of their existence, you must want to improve, and for improve will be required a lot of willpower, courage and patience. Let us remember that we have come of many lives and we are still persisting in this pathway that demands constant attention and conscious. And what kind of attitude make us to carry on in the same situation without any sign of evolution?
How to change something whose source comes from ourselves and not from outside as we always believe? Virtues and imperfections should not carry on in a war of power struggle in an attempt to subdue one or another, this kind of attitude will never be victorious when, we are not even aware of many of the aspects of the personality from which we are composed. How to emerge victorious in a struggle in which we can not even see the ground we are stepping on?

Identifies all the aspects that make up your personality and become aware, that all together are an inherent and integral part of who you are. A struggle to measure forces always imposes the subjugation, and where there is subjugation never will exist balance. The more you enter into the understanding of the true meaning of each of these words, the more you will be able to dissolve the illusion that surrounds you.

Na vida, há momentos em que nos apetece sorrir, dançar e cantar.
Existem momentos, em que tudo o que unicamente nos apetece é chorar, gritar, desistir.
E existem aqueles momentos, em que choramos e rimos ao mesmo tempo.
Todos estes momentos são uma benção que muitas vezes esquecemos de agradecer.
A benção de estarmos vivos, de poder ver, sentir, respirar... e até de sofrer.
É por estarmos vivos que podemos sentir cada momento que a vida nos proporciona.
Nunca se inibam de sentir, traga aquilo que trouxer, cada momento da vossa vida.
Pois para conhecer o que é a felicidade, e estarmos aptos a alcança-la, é necessário que primeiro nos permitamos a conhecer a dor da desilusão, aceitando-a, como parte do caminho.

Cada pessoa que vem a ti, traz com ela a lição de que mais necessitas tomar consciência naquele momento que se apresenta. Ela mostra-te os caminhos ao teu alcance para que possas escolher aquele que mais clama pela presença da tua Alma. E quando elas transportam em si a obscuridade, é para que possas reconhecer que a luz que procuras está num outro caminho e não nesse. E para escolheres, presta atenção ao sentir do teu coração, pede a ajuda dos Anjos e confiante, entrega. E mesmo que apôs a tua entrega, cinjas-se a sentir a dor, não descures o teu sentir, pois só sentindo-a podes limpá-la.

Não permitas-te a sentir a raiva, mas ama ainda mais, sabendo de que aquele que trouxe a ti a vivência da dor, agiu somente a teu favor, para que pudesses saber, para que pudesses sentir, e assim, aprenderes a saber escolher aquilo que melhor se adapta à tua Essência Divina. E isso, só poderá revelar-se em Plenitude, Amor, e Paz de Espirito.

Não permitas-te a fazer julgamento, pois esses que a ti vêm, muito do que mostram-te, nada mais é, do que o reflexo de tua própria personalidade. Assim como, aquilo que tu mostras a eles, é somente o reflexo de suas personalidades. O que precisas de aperfeiçoar ser-te-á mostrado e sentirás de uma forma mais intensa. Esse será o trabalho deles para contigo, servindo-te de espelho, e consequentemente, o teu para com eles. E todo aquele que ainda não encontra-se preparado para aceitar a totalidade do que É e do que representa neste mundo, será incapaz de encarar o seu próprio reflexo, incapaz de o aceitar, e assim, incapaz de permanecer ao lado daquele que mais o faz lembrar quem ele é verdadeiramente. Esses são aqueles que querem ter o bolo todo à frente, mas que, depois de o terem, somente querem o recheio, rejeitando o resto. Mas, é aquilo que rejeitam que mais precisam de aceitar para que possam libertar-se do ciclo vicioso que os mantêm presos na escolha de na obscuridade permanecer. Querem ser iluminados mas depois de lhes ser dada uma hipótese de se iluminarem, rejeitam a luz, continuando a escolher permanecer cegos. Escolhendo permanecer errantes, refugiando-se na obscuridade para escapar ao verdadeiro caminho. E o verdadeiro caminho, é o único que pode mostrar a verdade de quem eles realmente são.

Todo aquele que não têm medo de aceitar Ser quem É, caminha para a luz sem vacilar, para que se possa ver e abençoar. Pois só quem julga receia ser julgado. E compreendendo que o que actua na sombra só deixará de o fazer quando aceitas que essa é igualmente uma parte de ti que não deves condenar nem oprimir, apenas perdoar, facilitar-te-á a obtenção do progresso. Saber Amar é saber Perdoar. E somente praticando o perdão e a aceitação de ser quem És, poderás Ser. E assim, absorver cada vez mais Luz, irradiando-a para aqueles que se vão cruzando contigo no caminho. Os que tiverem à altura do aprendizado que já obtiveste, permanecerão. Os que não estiverem à altura, afastar-se-ão.

Each person who comes to you, brings with it the lesson that you more need to realize in that moment that presents. Showing to you the paths at your reach so you can choose the one who more complains the presence of your Soul. And when they bring obscurity with them, it is for you to be able to recognize that the light you seek it is at another path and not in this one. And to choose, pay attention to the feelings of your heart, asks for the help of the Angels, and confident, delivery. And even after your delivery, if you feel confined to feel the pain, do not neglect your need to feeling it, as only feeling it, you can clean it.

Do not allow yourself to feel anger, but loves even more, knowing that he/she who brought you the experience of pain, only acted in your favor, for you could know, so you could feel, and thus learn to know how to better choose what best fits to your Divine Essence. This will be the work of them to you, serving you of mirror, and consequently, your work to with them. And everyone who are not yet prepared to accept the totality of what they are and of what they represent in this world, will be unable to face his own reflex, unable to accept, and therefore, unable to stand beside those that more make them reminds whom they really Are truly. These are those who want to have all of the cake in front of them, but after having it, what they really want is just the filling, throwing away the rest. But, is precisely what they reject that more need to accept, so they can free themselves from the vicious cycle that are keeping them trapped in the choice of staying in the dark. They want to become enlightened, but after being afforded with a chance of being enlighten, they reject the light, continuing to chooses to remains sightless. Opting to remain in dubious paths, taking refuge in the dark to escape from the true path. And the true path, it is the one that can show the truth of who they really are.

Anyone who is not afraid to accept who he/she IS, walks into the light without vacillate, so, he/she can see and bless him/herself. For, only those who judge, have fear to being judged, and understanding that what acts in the shadow only stops when you accept that this is also a part of you that you should not condemn or oppress, just forgive, will facilitates the achievement to your progress. Knowing to Love is knowing to Forgive. And only by practicing forgiveness and acceptance of who you are, you can Be. And thus, absorb more light, radiating it to those who will be crossing the road with you. Those with the needed preparation to receive the learning you have already made, will stay on the path, remaining. Those who are not ready, will go away.

Limpando a Dor No Coração / Clearing the Pain In The Heart

Quando algo dói no interior do coração não adianta negar. O vazio e a tristeza se farão presentes em nosso sentir.
A maior parte das vezes a nossa reacção perante a dor é de negação. Fazemos de conta que nada sentimos e não lhe damos a devida importância, e com este procedimento de negação camuflamos a dor. E ao fazermos isto damos à dor uma oportunidade de ganhar proporções gigantescas. Permitindo-lhe que nos consuma, dando assim uma abertura para estados depressivos, de amargura e falta de vontade de viver.

Se permitirmos, a dor crescerá em nosso interior, tirando-nos a alegria, a vontade de sorrir, de estarmos abertos a novas experiências de vida, e a única forma de atenuar-mos os efeitos nefastos da dor é enfrentando-a. Não podemos deixar de a sentir, isso é quase impossível, mas podemos atenuá-la de modo a que viver não se torne um sacrifício, um fardo difícil de carregar.

Quando a dor vem é para ser sentida. Temos de a enfrentar permitindo-lhe que apenas fique pelo tempo necessário, e somente esse tempo. Não devemos deixar-nos cair na tentação de nos colocarmos vitimas da dor, pois a existência dela não serve isso, mas apenas para que com ela possamos limpar cargas emocionais, que por vezes acompanham-nos pela vida inteira condicionando o modo como vivemos, ou mesmo, deixamos de viver a nossa vida. Permitir que isto suceda é punirmo-nos. É dar o nosso consentimento à permanência da infelicidade em nossa vida.

Então, se a dor vier, viva-a intensamente. Nunca se permita a reter a dor dentro de si. Sinta a dor pulsar dentro do seu peito, não negue a sua existência, nem questione o porquê de ter sucedido mas, ao invés, questione o porquê de permitir que uma situação lhe cause dor ao ponto de condicionar a sua vida. Quando uma dor se instala deve ser intensamente sentida. Devemos permitir que as lágrimas venham e limpem a dor. Chorar permite que aliviemos cargas emocionais e não deve ser encarado como fraqueza, mas sinceridade para consigo mesmo.

Para enfrentar a dor é necessária muita coragem, muita força de vontade e determinação em curar a dor, expurgando-a do seu peito. Situações diversas podem causar-nos dor, e algumas involuntárias à nossa vontade, mas a escolha de nela permanecer ou sair só depende de nós. Seja consciente e escolha ser mais forte do que a dor. Vença-a! Não é a dor que detêm o poder, mas somente você, portanto decida tomar as rédeas da sua vida, Agora!

A vida é demasiado preciosa para a passarmos agarrados a dores que nada nos podem acrescentar de bom, apenas retirar. O nosso tempo é demasiado importante para ser gasto entregue à dor, com a consequente perda de vitalidade que nos pode acarretar cargas emocionais dolorosas que são acumuladas como se tratassem-se de uma colecção, que consequentemente acabarão por transformar-se em doenças, que com o passar do tempo passam do nosso corpo emocional para o nosso corpo físico.

Cultive o amor próprio, pois a falta deste é uma das causas que permite que ampliemos e prolonguemos sentimentos de dor. Cultive a prática do pensamento positivo, para que quando numa situação de dor, possa ver algo mais além da dor.
Nenhuma dor é interminável, mas todas podem ser atenuadas. Recorde-se de que a maioria das situações não são irreversíveis. Se cometemos um erro que causou dor a outros, podemos sempre aprender com o erro, assumindo-o perante o outro. A humildade é uma virtude não um defeito. Se alguém foi injusto ou cometeu um erro connosco, devemos consultar o nosso coração de modo a determinar-mos se acaso o erro foi grave o suficiente para persistirmos numa situação de ruptura. Muitas vezes, quando nos agarramos à dor turvamos a nossa visão e poder de discernimento, o que não nos permite ter uma noção clara de que persistir na dor pode privar-nos de muito, quando se tivéssemos humildade suficiente para perdoar ou pedir perdão poderíamos sair muito mais gratificados.

Os milagres acontecem quando nós neles acreditamos e fazemos a nossa parte. Cumprindo o acordo que a Alma predispôs-se a cumprir, sabendo de que tudo o que sucede em nossa vida não acontece ao acaso mas tudo deve servir o propósito do aprendizado. Cada um de nós faz escolhas que podem causar dissabores não somente a nós mas igualmente a outros, pois todos estamos sujeitos ao erro.

Cada um de nós é detentor de uma vida, que não é uma vida isolada das demais, mas que está de alguma forma ligada e sujeita aos efeitos e repercussões das escolhas que cada um faz. Então, cultivar a nossa consciência para possuirmos um pensamento claro se faz necessário.
Cultivar a capacidade de perdoar e perdoar sempre que se fizer necessário trás o desligamento da dor. Mas, tenha em mente que perdoar nem sempre significa que voltará a estar em contacto com quem causou a dor. Permanecer ou seguir num caminho oposto a esse, deve apenas ser decidido tendo em conta a vontade do seu coração, não por sentimentos de medo ou pena, já que estes sempre nos condicionarão.

Perdoar significa dar-se o consentimento de seguir em frente livre de ressentimentos e de sentimentos como o ódio e a raiva que só facultariam a permanência da dor.
E o único sentimento que nesta vida vale a pena reverenciar é o AMOR, nada mais.

When something hurts inside the heart is of no use denying it. The emptiness and sadness will be present in our experience.
Most times our reaction to pain is of denial. We pretend to feel nothing and do not give it the due importance, and with this procedure of denial we camouflage the pain. And in doing this we give to the pain a chance to attain huge proportions. Allowing it to consume us, thus providing an opening for states of depression, bitterness and lack of will to live.

If we allow, pain will grow in our inner, taking from us the joy, the desire to smile, to be open to new experiences of life, and the only way to mitigate the adverse effects is to facing it. We can not help feeling it, that is almost impossible, but we can mitigate it so that it does not become a living sacrifice, a burden hard to bear.

When the pain come is to be felt. We must face it allowing it to just stays as long as necessary, and only that necessary time. We must not let ourselves fall into the temptation to put ourselves victims of the pain, because it existence does not serve this end, but just so that with it, we be able to clean emotional charges, which for times stays with us for a lifetime, conditioning the way we live, or even, stopping of living our lives. Allow it to happen is to punishing us. It is to give our consent to the permanence of unhappiness in our lives.

Then if pain comes, live it intensely. Never allow yourself to make remain the pain within. Feel the pain pulsing inside of your chest, not denying it existence, or inquiring why it has happened but, instead, ask why do you allow the situation to causes you pain to the point of limit your life. When a pain become install must be keenly felt. We must let the tears drop and clean the pain. Crying relieves emotional charges and should not be regarded as weakness, but as sincerity to yourself.

To deal with the pain, it takes a lot of courage, willpower and determination to heal the pain, purging it of your chest. Different situations can cause us pain, and some of them, involuntary to our will, but the choice of staying or leaving it only depends on us. Be aware and decides to be stronger than pain. Beat it! It is not the pain that have the power, but only you, so decide to take the reins of your life, Now!

Life is too precious to spend it stuck in pain that nothing can add us of good, only takes out. Our time is too important to be spent delivered to pain, with the consequent loss of vitality, that can result in painful emotional charges that are accumulated as if they were a collection, which in turn will eventually become in diseases, that in over time, will expands from our emotional body to our physical body.

Cultivate self-love, because the absence of this is one of the causes that allows to broaden and prolong feelings of pain. Cultivate positive thinking, so that when in a state of pain, may be able to see something more than pain.
No pain is endless, but all can be alleviated. Remember that most situations are not irreversible. If we made a mistake that caused pain to others, we can always learn from the mistake, assuming to the other. Humility is a virtue not a fault. If someone has been unfair or if has committed a error with us, we should consult our heart in order to identify if by any chance the error was serious enough to persist in a state of breaking up. Often, when we cling to the pain, it will clouds our vision and power of discernment, which does not allow us to have a clear notion that hold on in to pain can deprive us of so much, when, if we have enough humility to forgive or ask forgiveness could leave us so much more gratified.

Miracles happen when we believe in them and do our part. Honoring the agreement that the Soul is willing to fulfill, knowing that everything that happens in our life, does not happen by chance but everything must serve the purpose of the learning. Each of us makes choices that can cause troubles not only to us but also to others, because we all are susceptible to the error.

Each of us holds a life that is not a life isolated from others, but that somehow is linked and is susceptible to the effects and repercussions of the choices that each one makes. So cultivate our awareness to possesses a clear thinking is required.
Cultivate the ability to forgive yourself and forgive whenever it becomes necessary brings the disconnection to the pain. But keep in mind that forgiveness does not always mean that you will again be in contact with who caused the pain. Stay or follow a path opposite to that, should only be decided taking into account the wishes of your heart, not by feelings of fear or pity, as this ones, always limit us.

Forgiveness means to give our agreement to move forward free of resentments and feelings of hatred and anger, that only allow the continuing of pain.
And the only feeling that this life is worth to nourish is LOVE, nothing more.

COMER REZAR AMAR / EAT PRAY LOVE

Hoje, estive na estreia do filme Eat Pray Love (Comer Orar Amar). Tinha assistido ao trailer um mês antes da estreia e tinha achado a história interessante. A história tinha muito a ver com a minha própria história pessoal. Com a viagem interior que empreendi em busca da minha identidade. Também eu, passei por um divórcio difícil, e há anos que estou comprometida com a minha evolução espiritual, tendo como prática diária, sempre que possível, a meditação. O que eu estava longe de imaginar, é que a história tinha muito mais a ver comigo do que aquilo que inicialmente pensei, tendo em conta as imagens do trailer.
Devo dizer. Mesmo, mesmo muito mais a ver comigo do que poderia alguma vez ter suspeitado.

Houve cenas no filme com as quais não me identifiquei. Por exemplo, eu nunca tive oportunidade para viajar. Mas, outras houve que quase diria que o Universo mostrou-me o poder da reciprocidade. Da semelhança entre iguais que se buscam e atraem. Do poder do Amor... do medo de nos permitirmos a Amar e ser Amados... Da procura de respostas... O quanto tão bem aqueles que encontramos no caminho são tão boas imagens reflectidas no espelho de nossa mais perfeita, e igualmente, imperfeita identidade. Reflectindo a herança e bagagem que carregamos. O poder da reciprocidade sempre nos coloca perante aqueles que mais afinidades partilham connosco, e essas afinidades são ilimitadas.

Eu que o diga, quando ao assistir ao filme, nele vi minha história em boa parte reflectida como se estivesse defronte de um espelho... Eu desmoronei por completo no meio da sala de cinema quando o personagem interpretado por Javier Bardem surge em cena.
Quem diria que até a outra parte surgiria ali tão perfeitamente reflectida...

A minha história, apesar de assemelhar-se à história do filme em muitos aspectos, é uma história cujo desenrolar não foi permitido acontecer. Isso provoca-me imensa dor... Porque o Amor, o Amor existia, e era verdadeiro. Sentido profundamente. Um Amor tão profundo, pelo qual, eu estava disposta a entrar numa luta temível só para o honrar. Mas, num Amor, sempre duas partes estão envolvidas, e uma não pode lutar sozinha por mais que a sua escolha seja Amar e honrar um Amor verdadeiro. Então, nesta posição, posso apenas levar em conta os conselhos dados no filme...

- Sempre que pensares naquele(a) que amas, envia-lhe Luz e Amor, e de seguida esquece.
- Não feches o teu coração ao Amor, mas permite-te a Amar.
- Não permitas que a intensidade do Amor que alguém te dá, seja menor do que aquele que tens por ti mesma.
- O Amor em si mesmo já é equilíbrio, então, quando estiveres a Amar, não receies perder o equilíbrio.

Acrescento algo que o meu coração tem vindo a repetir-me de cada vez que eu sinto a dor imensa de me ver obrigada a abrir mão de um Amor que tanto desejava honrar. O meu coração recorda-me de que Eu fiz uma escolha. Eu escolhi percorrer um caminho onde Deus estivesse presente. Comprometi-me a acolher Deus em minha essência divina, dar-lhe a minha voz, o meu olhar, o meu sentir, o meu Amor. Tanto quanto devo honrar o meu Amor por alguém, devo acima de tudo honrar o meu Amor a Deus, e somente entregar esse Amor ao coração de alguém que haja feito a mesma escolha. Alguém, que escolheu igualmente acolher Deus, o verdadeiro Deus, em seu próprio coração, e não uma falsa entidade que se faz passar por Deus. Pois, somente DEUS, o verdadeiro e Divino DEUS, honra a União daqueles que verdadeiramente se Amam.

Deus que é suprema Divindade, abençoa o caminho daqueles que se amam, honrando o Amor acima de qualquer coisa. Pois o Amor é a força suprema que deu origem a todo o poder de criação. E em todos aqueles cujos corações albergam esse Deus puro e verdadeiro, as suas escolhas e acções convergem sempre no sentido do Amor. Enquanto nos outros, esses outros, serão levados ao caminho da separação do amor. Pois o Amor trás com ele a Luz que tudo Ilumina, enquanto a ausência de amor perpetua a permanência das sombras. Esta é uma lição a ser dolorosamente aprendida por todos aqueles que convictos de viver suas vidas em nome de Deus, acabam num caminho onde o Amor não é encontrado, e sempre que surge, logo é afastado. Este é o caminho daqueles, onde o que predomina é a ausência de DEUS, logo mais, se reflecte numa ausência do Amor em suas vidas.

O AMOR É PURA LUZ. A ÚNICA CAPAZ DE DISSOLVER A ESCURIDÃO DE NOSSOS CORAÇÕES. E SÓ OS CORAÇÕES QUE EXPULSAM A ESCURIDÃO DE SEU INTERIOR PODEM ALBERGAR DEUS, E JUNTO COM ELE, O AMOR MAIS PURO E PODEROSO DE TODOS.

Today, I had assist to the premiere of the movie Eat Pray Love. I had seen the trailer an month before the premiere and had found the story interesting. The story had a lot to do with my own personal history. With the inner journey that I undertook in search of my identity. I also went through a difficult divorce, and at some years ago I have committed myself with my spiritual evolution, with the daily practice, whenever possible, of meditation. What was I could never imagine, is that the story had much more to do with me than what I initially thought, given the images of the trailer.
I must say. Really, really much more about me than could ever have suspected.

There were scenes in the movie with which I did not identify me. For example, I never had the opportunity to travel. But there were others scenes that I would almost say that the universe has shown me the power of reciprocity. The similarity between equals who seek and attract each other. The Power of Love... the fear to allow ourselves to love and be loved... The search for answers... How so well those we meet along the way are so good images reflected in the mirror of our most perfect, and also, of our most imperfect identity. Reflecting the heritage and baggage that we carry. The power of reciprocity, always puts us in front to those who more affinities share with us, and these affinities are limitless.

I say so, when watching the movie, I saw on it my story so largely reflected as if in front of a mirror... I collapsed for completely in the middle of the theater, when the character played by Javier Bardem arrived on the scene.
Who knew, that the other part would appear there, so perfectly reflected...
But, in the movie, the story ends with a happy ending. The end that always lives in our dreams, even while haunted by fears... while in my life, the story barely had chance to start, and less, for be completed...
My story, despite resembling the story of the movie in many aspects, is a story whose continuation has not been allowed to happen. This caused me great sorrow... Cause the Love, Love was there, and it was real. Deeply felt. A Love so deep, by which I was willing to enter into a fearful fighting only to honor it. But in Love, always two parts are involved, and no one can fight alone for more that he/she chooses to Love, and to honor, a True Love. So, in this position, I can only take into account the advices given in the movie...

- Every time you think at the one you love, send to him/her Light and Love, and then forget.
- Do not shut your heart to love, but allow yourself to Love.
- Do not let the intensity of love that someone gives to you, be less than that what you have for yourself.
- Love in itself is already balance, so, when you be in love, do not worry about losing your balance.

Let me add something that my heart has been repeating to myself every time I feel immense pain to see me forced to give up for a love that so much I wanted to honor. My heart always reminds me that I have made a choice. I chose to follow a path where God be present. I committed to accepting God into my Divine Essence, give Him my voice, my eyesight, my sense of feel, my Love. As much as I can honor my love for someone, I must, above all, to honor my Love for God, only giving my Love to the heart of someone who has made the same choice. Someone, who also chose to accept God, the true God in his own heart, not a false entity that pretends to be God. For, only God, the Divine and True God, honors the union of those who truly Love.

God who is supreme Divinity, blesses the path of those capable of love, honoring the Love above all else. For, Love is the supreme force that gave rise to all the power of creation. And in all those, whose hearts gives shelter to the pure and true God, their choices and actions always converge towards Love. While in others, those others will be brought to the path of separation from love. For, the Love brings with it the Light that illuminates everything, while the absence of love perpetuates the permanence of the shadows. This is a painfully lesson to be learned by those who believes to be living their lives in the name of God, and ends up in a path where love has not been found, or, at every time it comes alive, right away is removed. This is the pathway of those, where what prevails is the absence of God, what soon, can only be reflected in a lack of love in their lives.

LOVE IS PURE LIGHT. THE ONLY, ABLE TO DISSOLVE THE DARKNESS IN OUR HEARTS. AND ONLY THE HEARTS THAT HAS EXPELLED THE DARKNESS OF ITS INSIDE CAN SHELTER GOD, AND WITH HIM, THE MOST PURE AND MIGHTY LOVE OF ALL.

Pride, is one of the doors through which we allow the shadows control us, without we be aware of our error. Only sincere and true humility can help us close that door, when earnestly we ask with our heart open to the Heavenly Hosts and Spiritual Beings of goodness that assist us, to give us their forgiveness to our mistakes and return to us, to protect us against the attacks from visible and invisible beings that act in our disadvantage, admitting to them how we have walked lost and needing of their good orientation so that we return to the path of righteousness. The path where our heart wants us.

Do not forget that there are laws, which neither the shadows have the power to elude, and only being faithful to these laws, can we become victorious against the traps of the ones that acting silently want us bad, often making use of masks difficult to unmask. Those, who want to keep us in a path that is not our path anymore, manipulating us through the trust that we offer to them, therefore, we must never forget the power contained in our heart, because its voice is the only voice that we must heard, and the only that we can and must trust, following her. Sometimes, we give our power of choice and action to others without notice what we are doing, as they manipulate us through the use of the astuteness, being able to hold the control of our mind, leading us to follow wrong guidelines, taking us to be further away of the path that puts us in the service of God's will. It is a huge mistake, that can bring us serious cuts and lead us to fall into traps, that we all can make, believing that is the right way.
But God, is a Charitable and Benevolent Father to all His children. A Father who forgives to any son that dignified himself to forgive his own mistakes. A Father that accepts back all his sons that have let themselves get out of the track, traversing trails and paths that were not their own, but that want, with all their heart come back home.

When you feel that you have lost your strength, that can not fight anymore the malevolent that instigates you to abandon the battle front, be suspicious! Seek refuge in the inside of your heart and beg for the protection and help of God, of the Heavenly Hosts and Spiritual Beings of goodness. The slyness is always fellow of the iniquity and of those who are their servants, they does not inhibit to make use of it, with the only purpose of reversing the situation in favor of their own will, using the mind as unique vehicle of access.
Your strength is not given to you through the mind, and such thought, that makes you believe that you hasn't anymore strength, only serves the purpose of restricting you, limiting your actuating power by the conviction that you have no strength to fight. Only when you surrender to iniquity, suffers a total loss of your strength, because when you surrender, you allow that your strength be sucked from your body and Soul. Instead, all of you, that at a difficult time concentrates your attention on what still left of energy to return to your heart, will see your courage and strength be redoubled. The power and the confidence will return to your being, and your courage and determination to break free of the conditions, will emerge from your heart center. Also, will be lovingly offered to you, good guidance that will allow you to rise.
Do not let yourself fall into unhappiness and despair, remember that there is always a way out from all the ills that are worring you. Be persistent in the desire to hear the voice of your heart, trusting that this is the only way to you to be free from those who tie you. Be perseverant in your faith. Be determined to maintain the right to exercise your free will, and be patient, believing that the help always arrives on time. Sentir o Abraço do Amor e Escolher Amar / Feeling The Love Embrace and Choose To Love.

Viemos ao mundo para Amar. Foi-nos dada uma vida, esta que vivemos, para Amar e sermos Amados.
Somos Anjos de puro Amor, envergando uma vestimenta física que permitimos que nos impeça de ver além. Deixamo-nos influenciar por toda a espécie de sentimentos e emoções que não fazem parte da essência da qual somos provenientes.
Somos Luz, e dela prescindimos ao permitirmos que a escuridão atenue o seu brilho.
Somos Paz, e dela nos apartamos ao permitirmos que os medos nos atemorizem.
Somos Amor, e dele nos desassociamos quando permitimos que a Luz e a Paz sejam esquecidas como partes integrantes da totalidade do que somos.

Aqui, e mesmo rodeados do esquecimento a que incessantemente estamos sujeitos, precisamos nos relembrar do que somos.
Necessitamos de desviar a nossa atenção das coisas mundanas e voltá-la de novo para onde ela deve estar focada. Para o interior. A essência. O tudo que somos.
Somos Seres Humanos dotados de uma essência que nos dá vida ao corpo físico, carregamos uma herança dada por nosso Pai que incumbe-nos de iluminar, apaziguar e amar.

A cada instante o universo nos apela à lembrança. Cada ano, cada mês, cada semana e cada dia que vivemos é uma prova da enorme benção que temos à nossa disposição.

Não existe maior benção do que a de sentirmos o abraço do Amor.

Eu pude sentir o abraço do Amor... a rodear-me e a envolver-me, até eu tornar-me parte de tudo e tudo ser parte de mim. Ser tudo e nada ao mesmo tempo.
Amei cada momento onde esse abraço pôde ser sentido. Onde pude dar e receber tudo, e pude sentir querer dar cada vez mais, e sem nunca esvaziar porque logo recebia mais. Querer Ser e Dar tudo e Ser nada ao mesmo tempo, numa fusão total, onde espaço, tempo e sentidos se misturam deixando de existir isoladamente.

Mas Amar, não significa ficar imune ao sofrimento. Pelo contrário, é quando mais amas que mais sofres. Mas igualmente, quanto mais sofres por amar, mais a tua Alma se eleva distanciando-se da influência de tudo o que é efémero ou mundano. E mais força contraditória é imposta contra ti, para impedir-te de alcançar a libertação de tudo o que possa corromper-te, relembrando-te do quanto ainda estás embrenhado na dualidade.

Existem forças poderosas que operam no oculto, mas eu, escolho usar o meu poder de escolha, escolhendo amar. Não me revolto ou enraiveço, apenas perdoo, porque posso olhar ao redor do cenário no palco da vida e compreender algo maior actuando nele.

Eu escolho AMAR porque...
Amando, eu recupero o poder de perdoar.
Amando, eu faço uso prático da piedade e da misericórdia.
Amando, eu liberto-me.

We came into the world to Love. Was given to us a life, this that we are living, to give Love and be Loved.
We are Angels of pure Love, wearing a physical garment that we allow to prevents us from seeing beyond. We let ourselves be influenced by all sort of feelings and emotions that are not part of the essence from which we are coming from.
We are Light, and of it we renounce allowing that darkness decrease its brightness.
We are Peace, and of it, we drifted apart, as we allow the fears to freeze us.
We are Love, and of it we move away, when we allow the Light and Peace be forgotten as an integral part of the totality of what we are.

Here, and even surrounded by the forgetfulness to which we are incessantly confined, we must remember who we are.
We need to turn away our attention of the mundane and put it back to where it should be focused. To the inner. The essence. The all we are.
We are Human Beings endowed with an essence that gives life to the physical body, we carry a legacy given to us by our loving Father that delegated to us the undertaking to lighten, pacify and love.

At every moment the universe calls us to remembrance. We can notice the presence of these calls, if not being too blind and too caught up in the ephemeris routine that entangle and entwine to the illusions that put us away, of what was supposed to be our central focus. Remembering in each and every moment of who we are.
Each year, each month, each week and each day that we live is a proof to the tremendous blessing that we have at our disposal.
And fill us of this blessing of pure love, loving ourselves and others, the best way to demonstrate our responsibility before our Father
There is no greater blessing than to feel the embrace of Love.

I felt the embrace of Love... to surround me and involve me until I become a part of everything and all be a part of me. Being everything and nothing at the same time.
I Loved every moment, when that embrace could be felt. When I have given all and all was been given to me, and I could feel to want to give even more, and without never become empty, cause soon I was receiving more. Wanting to be and give everything and be nothing at the same time, a total fusion, where space, time and senses get mixed, ceasing to exist singly.

But to love does not mean to be immune to suffering. On the opposite, it is when we love more, that more we suffer. But equally, how more you suffer for love, the more your Soul rises, getting distant from the influence of all that is ephemeral and mundane. And more contradictory forces are imposed against you, to stop you from achieving the release of anything that might corrupts you, reminding you, the how much you are still ingrained in duality.

There are powerful forces that operate in secret, but I choosen to use my power of choice, choosing to Love. I do not become revolted or angry, I just forgive, because I can look around the scene on the stage of life and understand something bigger acting on it.

I choose LOVE because...
Loving, I recover the power to forgive.
Loving, I make practical use of compassion and mercy.
Loving, I release myself.

I HAVE FELT THE GENTLE TOUCH OF THE EMBRACE OF LOVE
I COULD FELT ITS TRANSFORMING POWER.
I BELIEVE THAT LOVE CAN WIN IT ALL.
AND AS SUCH, I CHOOSE TO LOVE!
